Breathe out,
Let your shoulders drop.
Relax your face.
Notice what's here right now and just breathe into any tightness.
Any anxiety?
Any sense of unease,
Just breathe into it.
And say to yourself,
That's okay Let it be here.
Let those shoulders drop a little bit more down.
Relax into the surface you're sitting on.
One more deep breath.
Breathe out.
Gently open your eyes,
Bring your hand back down.
Smile if you want to.
And you're done.
