Lay or sit in a comfortable position.

Place your left hand on your heart and your right hand in your lap.

Allow your breath to relax deep into your belly.

This is a time to let go.

Let go of the pressure you place on yourself,

The pressure to push,

To grind,

To keep going.

This is a time to make space and be still.

We are making space to surrender to all of the love,

Joy,

And beauty that life holds for us.

Space for breath and ease.

Space for beauty and ease.

Expansion,

Ease,

And growth are our birthright.

Surrender to this ease you are entitled to now.

Surrender to this easeful moment and all that is.

Now is the moment to embrace and expand the pathway.

The pathway that lies ahead of us is constantly expanding as we expand our minds.

The possibilities that life offers to us will continue to expand tenfold.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Surrender to the now.

Inhale new chances,

New opportunities,

And new moments of happiness.

Exhale peaceful,

Beautiful surrender.

Inhale your evolution.

Exhale grace and forward momentum.

Evolve your thoughts and evolve your life.

Remember that your thoughts are yours.

Only you hear them all of the time.

This is the moment to create a safe environment inside your mind,

To hold yourself safely during this time of growth.

Our minds always need to be the safest place for ourselves,

A safe space to feel nurtured,

To create,

And to feel calm.

Inhale calm.

Exhale,

Creating a bubble of safety around your body,

Mind,

And spirit.

Create this bubble of safety exuding from your heart space.

Repeat to yourself,

My mind is a safe place for me.

I know how to keep me safe,

And I do so with love.

I love and honor myself.

Each thought I think is a seed of my passionate,

Beautiful future.

I am kind to myself and take care of myself.

It is safe for me to hold space for myself.
