This meditation is here to help you return to the Universal Love that always lives within you. Self-love can be a challenging path to walk, but the end is beautiful. Inhale,

And center yourself into this very moment.

Exhale,

And feel the ground beneath you.

You are here,

No matter what has happened in the past.

You are here now.

This fact means a higher power loves you.

Allow any anxiety,

Sadness,

Fear,

Or disappointment to melt away with each breath.

No matter what anyone has ever said or done,

They are not you.

They were acting out of their own projections and illusions.

Inhale.

Let your heart do cartwheels,

Because you are here now.

Exhale.

Only you can give yourself the gift of love right now.

Ask yourself,

What is it that would make you feel the most loved right now?

The love that you can give yourself is something that no one and nothing can ever extinguish.

Inhale,

And feel into your deepest fear.

Exhale,

And allow that fear to move through your body.

Let it out any way that you need to.

Cry,

Yell,

Release that fear.

Allow new energy to flow into your body,

Refreshing your mind and your spirit.

Ground yourself in the knowledge that you belong here,

Because you are loved.

You are never alone,

Because you are always with yourself.

Sometimes this may seem lonely,

But you are not alone.

Learn to love and appreciate your own company,

Your own thoughts,

Your own laughter.

Being with yourself is the greatest gift of all.

Step into the knowing and feeling of that.

The most beautiful thing that you can ever be is yourself.

Love each moment that you get to spend with yourself.

And others that love you will be magnetized toward you.

Exhale,

And remember who you are,

A being that is loved and cherished and protected.

Embrace that knowledge here and now.

Accept and love yourself,

No matter what anyone around you is doing.

You embrace yourself and this moment.

You are loved.

Be here now,

Loved.

And so it is.
