So many of us are born with dreams and desires in our hearts. Often we share those feelings and exciting dreams with someone who projects their sad or negative beliefs onto us, thus crushing or poo-pooing what we want, at a young age. Let's break free of that old nonsense and step boldly, firmly, and courageously into our passions.

I cultivate inner safety to speak up for myself and love myself. I deserve everything my heart desires and more. I accept my desires. The universe put my desires into my heart because I deserve them. No matter what anyone around me says about my goals and dreams, I believe in myself and know it is meant for me. I believe in myself and know and feel. It is meant to be. It is safe for me to have and receive what I ask for. It is safe for me to ask for everything I've ever wanted. I am safe when I ask for what I want. I cultivate the inner safety to speak up for myself and love myself every single day. And every day and every moment, I am safe to receive my desires. And so it is.
