Andrew Taylor-Shaut

I studied mindfulness for three years and am qualified by the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness. I have experience teaching mindfulness courses and meditation sessions for the last two years. I began practicing yoga as a form of physical therapy in response to sports-related injuries in high school. That graduated to meditating as a form of relief from everyday stresses.
