These people could be friends,

Feel their encouragement and positivity wash over you.
Repeating the following affirmations to yourself now,

Feeling the energy of the words fill you.

Acknowledge your strengths and recognise that they are part of who you are.
If you start to feel overwhelmed or anxious,
Take a deeper breath and remind yourself that these feelings are normal and that you are not alone.
Allow yourself to feel the emotions but don't let them consume you.
As you continue to focus on your breathing,
Imagine yourself surrounded by a white light.
This light represents your inner strength and confidence.
