Lying down now,

Getting into a comfortable position.

Tonight,

You let your body return to ground.

No floating.

No fixing.

Just a simple return to stillness.

Adjust your position so that your body feels completely supported.

Heavier.

Softer.

Lower.

Take a slow breath in through the nose,

And exhale with a gentle sigh.

Now picture a weighted blanket being placed over you,

From shoulders to toes.

Warm.

Calming.

Steady.

It's not restrictive.

It's reassuring.

A quiet reminder.

You're allowed to rest.

The blanket grounds you.

Presses your thoughts down.

Gently.

Anchors you here.

Now.

Comfortable.

Safe.

Let your shoulders sink.

Let your arms grow heavy.

Let your chest soften with every breath.

The thoughts that rise can drift.

You don't need to follow them.

You are already home.

Feel the blanket at your chest.

The gentle weight across your stomach.

The soothing pressure over your legs.

The comfort at your feet.

This is like the earth itself holding you.

Like gravity itself saying,

Rest.

Breathe slowly.

In through the nose.

Out gently through the mouth.

With every breath in,
