Good morning,
Before your mind rushes into the day,
Pause here,
Arrive.
Take a moment to simply notice that you are here,
Breathing,
Alive,
Whole.
Let your breath arrive softly,
Notice the natural rhythm without forcing it,
Feel your body settle into stillness,
Even for just a moment.
There's nothing you need to prove this morning,
Nothing you need to achieve before being worthy of your own breath,
Nothing missing,
Nothing broken.
Take a deep inhalation through the nose,
And a long quiet exhalation through the mouth.
Now repeat softly in your mind,
I begin this day already enough.
Let the words land,
Not as an idea to hold,
But as a truth to feel.
You are not lacking,
You are not late,
You are not behind,
You are here,
And that is enough.
Notice your breath again,
Inhaling gently,
Filling the body with space and light,
Exhaling slowly,
Releasing what you no longer need.
Bring your attention to your body,
Notice your feet grounded,
Your legs strong and steady,
Your torso holding you with quiet strength,
Your arms and hands ready to create,
To care,
To rest,
Your face soft,
Your mind beginning to clear,
As you breathe,
Imagine each inhalation gathering wholeness,
Each exhalation releasing pressure,
Breathing in presence,
Breathing out release.
Now if it feels comfortable,
Gently place a hand on your chest,
Feel the rise and fall of your breath,
Feel the quiet pulse of life beneath your palm,
Note how constant,
How reliable your body is,
And repeating again in your mind,
I begin this day already enough.
Let these words echo in every breath,
They sink not only into your thoughts,
But into your body,
Into your heart.
Take three deep slow breaths now,
Inhaling fully,
Exhaling completely,
Inhaling fully,
Exhaling completely,
Inhaling fully,
Exhaling completely,
Now imagine stepping into your day as if you already have everything you need,
Carrying wholeness with you in your thoughts,
In your movements,
In your words,
If the mind drifts towards to-do lists,
Bring it back here,
To breath,
To presence,
To enoughness,
And when you're ready to begin the day,
Begin from wholeness,
Not pressure,
Not urgency,
Just enoughness,
You're already there.
Have a gentle stretch,
Bring some movement into your feet and toes,
Into your hands and fingers,
And gently open your eyes,
Enjoy the day,
And as always remember to be gentle with yourself.
