Close your eyes and imagine yourself on an isolated beach where it's just you.

The gentle waves,

The warm sand beneath your feet and a soft breeze caressing your skin.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale feel the tension leaving your body.

Another deeper breath in and as you exhale releasing and relaxing.

As you gaze at the vast ocean before you,

Notice the swaying palm trees inviting you to relax.

Between the trees you see a comfortable spot to lay down.

So imagine yourself lying there,

Relaxing.

Feeling the gentle breeze brushing over your body.

With every breath that you take,

Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of peaceful relaxation.

Embracing the tranquility and stillness around you.

The only sounds you hear are the soothing waves and the sound of my voice.

This serene environment is incredibly relaxing and peaceful.

A place you instinctively know you want to be.

It's your special place for deep rejuvenating sleep.

In this place sleep comes effortlessly to you.

As you drift off,

Your dreams mirror the calmness of the ocean,

Washing away your worries and anxieties.

Your dreams are tranquil and fulfilling,

Leaving you free and at peace.

As the waves gently carry the sand into the sea,

They also carry away any lingering stress or tension.

You feel lighter,

Unburdened and more at ease with each passing wave,

Allowing your body and mind to completely let go.

As you sleep,

The ocean's healing touch gently rocks you,

Soothing your entire being.

You're sinking into a state of deep relaxation,

Experiencing the rejuvenating power of sleep.

In this state of freedom,

You have complete control over how you will feel when you awaken.

You choose to awaken just before your usual waking time,

Feeling refreshed and filled with vibrant energy.

The peaceful,

Restful sleep you've had fills your entire being,

Infusing you with positive feelings and a sense of well-being.

Each morning,

This meditation was exactly what I needed this morning after waking up not feeling rested nor enthusiastic about my coming day when, objectively, there was no good reason for either issue. I feel better and am going to do this meditation again at least for the next few days. Thank you 🙏🏼
