Taking some time to sit down and make yourself comfortable,

With your feet on the floor and your hands on your lap,

Closing the eyes,

Allowing the eyes to gently close,

It's time to connect with your heart.

Take one or both of your hands and place them over your heart.

Feel the connection.

The heart is a centre of energy within the body,

Working tirelessly for us.

Feel the connection to your heart.

Bring in a sense of love and compassion to yourself.

Feel the energy of the heart.

Connect with your breathing and expand that feeling of love in your heart into every part of yourself.

Allow that heart energy to expand into every cell,

Every atom,

Every fibre of your being.

Feel the energy of your heart,

The love,

The compassion,

Expanding.

Give yourself this gift.

Too often we spend time in the head.

It's nice to spend some time connected to the heart.

That's right.

And holding on to this beautiful natural heart energy,

You can put your hands back down onto the lap now.

Have a gentle stretch,

A slightly deeper in and out breath.

And you can open your eyes and return to the day.
