Take some time now to breathe.
Put one hand on your upper chest and one hand on your stomach.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
Loosen off.
Slow down.
Breathe.
In and out.
Notice which hand is moving as you breathe in and out.
And gently and easily and comfortably move your breathing down,
Down into the stomach,
Down so that the lower hand,
The hand on your stomach is rising as you breathe in and falling as you breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Be gentle.
Just notice it happening.
And become aware now how as you breathe out,
Your muscles are relaxing just a little more.
How with each exhalation,
You're becoming a little more relaxed.
And a few moments allowing each exhalation to take you a little deeper,
Relaxed.
That's right.
Deeper and deeper relaxed.
Good.
Notice how easy that procedure has been.
Give your toes a little wiggle.
Give your fingers and thumbs a little wiggle.
Bring yourself back to the moment.
Gently open your eyes.
And have a nice gentle stretch,
Fully back in the room,
Relaxed and refreshed.
Be good to yourself.
