Sometimes we can feel stuck in life, in between transitions and upgrades. In these moments, it's healing and nourishing to shift our perspective and gain a newly found sense of hope, appreciation, and focus in life. As humans, we move through 3 transformational phases. In this meditation,

We will go on a journey.

A journey towards the past,

Towards the future.

Sometimes in life,

We can feel stuck,

We can feel lost,

Like we are in between transition phases.

But as humans,

We are constantly evolving and changing.

We first end something,

We lose something,

We let go of something.

Here you might experience feelings of frustration,

Grief,

Anxiety,

Uncertainty.

But when we move through this phase,

We arrive at the neutral zone.

In the neutral zone,

You will experience low energy,

Low moral productivity.

You might start questioning yourself.

And slowly you will rise from your ashes.

You will start to question your purpose.

And you will move through that as well.

And you will end up at the beginning.

The new beginning is where we feel in joy,

In flow with life.

Here is where we have high levels of energy.

We are open to learning new things.

We are making new commitments in life,

Setting goals for ourselves,

Finding our purpose and being truly connected with ourselves.

But we had to go through the end,

Losing,

Letting go phase,

As well as the neutral zone,

In order to grow from these experiences and learn from them.

So take a moment to reflect on where it is that you are now in your life.

In the ending zone,

The neutral zone or the new beginning.

Sometimes when we gain this sense of perspective,

We feel a big pressure fall off of our shoulders.

We will be okay.

It is human to go through transitions and phases of rebirth,

No matter in which phase you are now.

So let's tap into our golden lifeline and let's journey to the past and the future to give us that motivation,

That sense of perspective and to gain any advice and life wisdom that will come up during this meditation.

I invite you to start this practice with an open mind.

Images,

Words or feelings come to you.

Let's get started by finding a comfortable position,

Preferably laying down.

As you find a position,

Bring awareness to how your body is laying down right now.

Arms and your legs positioned.

Become aware of how your body moves with every inhale and every exhale that you take.

With your next inhale,

Start to tense every muscle in your entire body.

Tense your feet,

Both your legs.

Tense your torso,

Your stomach,

Fists with your hands.

Tense both your arms,

Your shoulders and your neck.

All the muscles in your face,

To tense up.

Breath now as you hold this tension.

Now gently release the tension and exhale.

You can sigh as you exhale,

Really allowing yourself to let it all go.

Repeat this two more times at your own pace.

Take a breath to return back to a normal rhythm now.

Notice how your mind is quieting,

Is relaxing.

I want you to visualize a beautiful golden line,

A golden path.

And you are standing in the middle of this beautiful line.

The golden line reaches all the way to your left side,

All the way to your right side.

It is an infinite,

Beautiful,

Shiny,

Golden pathway.

Notice when you look at your left side,

A little child.

You start walking towards this child.

You start to recognize this child.

This child is you.

Eventually,

You meet each other and you see this pure little innocent child.

You smile towards each other,

Meet each other and you give them a big hug.

You tell your inner child,

Look where you made it,

Look where I am right now.

Your inner child is proud of you,

Even though you might not see the beauty of where you are in life right now.

Your inner child knows and it realizes how many things that you have once dreamt of.

A feeling of proudness and appreciation is rippling through every cell in your body as you recognize that you can be thankful for where you are.

Your inner child is so proud of you and is rooting for you.

Ask your inner child if they have any words for you,

Any words of advice or encouragement.

What are their thoughts or in situation?

You thank your inner child now for their view,

For their love and words that you needed.

You give them a hug again and you say goodbye knowing that you are always connected to each other.

You always reconnect deep in your relationship with your inner child anytime you want.

You begin walking to the middle of this golden line again,

Golden pathway that represents your life.

At the right side of this golden pathway you see another person.

This person looks a lot older and you are curious so you begin walking to the right side of this path.

You two meet finally and you recognize that this is your future self.

This is you at your oldest,

Wisest,

Most experienced.

You have a lot of admiration and respect for this version of yourself.

You smile to them and you exchange a hug.

Your self gives you a warm smile and gives you a new ask your future self.

How is the future like for me?

What are some glimpses or moments that I can look forward to?

Words of advice for me,

Words of encouragement.

You thank your future self for these beautiful words,

Feelings and moments.

You feel a deep sense of thankfulness that you are able to live such a full and rich life,

That there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

You are looking forward to growing old,

Moving through any challenges that are coming your way,

Knowing that this is how you grow as a person.

This is how you evolve and step into a new version of yourself,

A cycle of rebirth,

Letting go of the old,

Shedding off old skin so the new can be reborn.

Now the image of the golden lifeline will gently fade away now and it's back into the room that you are in,

Into your body,

Back into your breath.

Gently start to wiggle your toes and your fingers,

Move your wrists and your ankles around in circles.

Feel yourself coming back into the here and now.

When you feel ready you can gently open your eyes.
