Welcome to this practice on finding solace and relaxation after a nightmare or very vivid dreams.

This practice will help you to get back to sleep,

However you are feeling right now or no matter what time it is,

During the day or during the night.

Allow yourself to get really comfortable,

10% even more comfortable than you are right now.

And we'll start by removing this heavy negative or built up energy from the nightmare you just had.

Cleanse our energy and reset our nervous system to become pure,

Relaxed and still.

Imagine with every deep and comfortable inhale that you take,

You are inhaling white light into every cell of your body.

With every exhale,

You are releasing anything dark,

Anything heavy,

Anything you wish to release.

Inhale,

Cleanse.

Purify.

Receive.

Exhale,

Release.

Inhale,

White light warm,

Honey,

Golden light penetrating in every cell in your body,

Spreading in every cell in your body,

Bringing you protection,

A sense of safety.

Exhale,

Releasing and letting go of any lingering sensation,

Thought or emotion.

Begin to become aware of your breath and where you can feel your breath the most right now.

Perhaps you can feel your breath the most in your nose,

Through your nostrils,

Or perhaps through your mouth or your belly.

Become aware of a full breath cycle.

Stay with an inhale and an exhale without needing to change or do anything about it.

Now follow another breath cycle,

An inhale and an exhale.

And notice how your body moves as you breathe.

Now,

Gently allow your breath to be as big,

As deep,

As the sensations that you have right now.

Now check in with the body and where you are holding onto any tension,

And where you are holding onto any tension.

Perhaps some thoughts about a dream you just woke up from,

Or maybe a knot in your stomach,

Or tightness in your chest.

And allow your breath to reach as deeply as this thought or sensation.

And continue to take long and deep breaths,

Reaching all the way.

Imagine you are creating more space inside yourself and letting all the parts inside of you know that you are here now,

And you are taking care of them.

Breathing with all the parts inside of you,

Creating more space in the body,

And feeling your whole system calm down.

Creating more space in the body,

And feeling your whole system calm down.

Can you allow healing to occur?

Allow your breath to return back to a comfortable rhythm.

And check in with yourself,

If you are open to feeling better.

If there is any space,

Any opening within yourself that wants to feel better,

And wants to fall asleep again.

And stay with this part of you.

And possibly,

Within your body,

There are some parts now that are asleep.

Maybe your hip,

Your feet,

And maybe there are some parts that are awake.

Can you find the parts within yourself that are already asleep right now?

And allow this tranquility to spread through your whole body.

Where in your body can you find stillness?

Where in your body can you notice softness?

And now,

The tranquility has spread into every part of your body.

Your whole body is still.

Your whole body is at ease.

Your mind is clear.

You are protected.

You are safe.

This white light is now forming a protective shield around your whole energy field.

Covering your whole body in white light.

Allowing in only positive emotions,

Protection and safety.

And blocking out any negativity and anything heavy or dark.

And you are encased in a beautiful,

You are protected by a beautiful bubble of white light that will help you to find deep sleep and sweet dreams.

All parts of your body are asleep.

All parts within your body feel at ease.

Whole body still.

Sweet dreams.
