Good morning,
Welcome to this meditation to start your day with joy and gratitude.
Find a comfortable position,
Laying in your bed or sitting upright in a chair and close your eyes.
Take a moment to tune in to your own breath,
Allowing it to flow naturally.
Allow your breath to deepen now and with every exhale allow yourself to let go of anything and everything that's worrying you,
That's troubling your mind and as you let go of the cold,
Allowing every inhale to fill you up with a renewed sense of peace,
Peace of mind and peace of heart.
Now bring into your mind's eye something or someone that brings you joy,
Allow this feeling of joy to fill up your heart.
Take a deep breath in and as you exhale feel this radiate out throughout your entire body.
With your next breath in,
Expanding this feeling of joy and as you exhale send it out into the world,
See it move through the streets and with your next inhale expanding even more this feeling of joy and as you exhale send it out to one person and see it reach them and fill up their heart.
Now begin to visualize yourself going through your day today,
Feeling grateful and joyful for the new opportunities today brings and as you visualize yourself thriving,
Cultivating deep relationships,
Prioritizing your own well-being,
Feel this sense of gratitude ripple through every cell in your body and repeat the following affirmations to yourself.
I am grateful for the abundance of joy in my life.
I welcome love and happiness into my heart.
I am worthy of happiness and fulfillment.
I release any resistance and I allow joy to flow freely.
I am open to experiencing new levels of bliss.
I choose thoughts and actions that bring me joy and happiness.
I attract loving connections and beautiful experiences into my life.
I am grateful for all my blessings.
I give myself permission to embody my highest most joyful self.
Take a deep breath in,
Moving this energy even deeper into every cell in your body and exhale out any heaviness,
Any remaining resistance.
As you welcome this sense of joy and gratitude into your day,
