Meditation Timer OnlineBreanna is a traveler of the Earth with a deep devotion to love, healing, and human connection. From a young age, she felt called toward a spiritual path, beginning with yoga and expanding into meditation, breathwork, bodywork, and ceremonial practices. Over the years, she has lived and learned in communities around the world, gathering wisdom from diverse traditions while deepening her own connection to presence and service. For the past three years, she has immersed herself in the Theravada Vipassana tradition, completing five 10-day silent meditation retreats, one 8-day satipatthana course and serving three 10-day courses. This dedicated practice has cultivated a strong foundation in mindfulness, insight, compassion, and self-awareness. Breanna has shared meditation, movement practices, and healing bodywork in communities throughout Europe, Thailand, the United States, and Hawaiʻi. Her journey has been guided by a desire to understand the deeper nature of life and to support others in remembering their own inner wisdom. Today, she shares her gifts through meditation & breathwork, sacred ceremony, and the healing art of Lomi Lomi, helping others cultivate greater presence, connection, and trust in themselves and life.
