We'll learn 5 easy ways to improve your energy when it really matters.

I believe women are the heart of humanity.

I know that when our hearts are open,

We uplift the people around us.

I also know that being of service is in our DNA,

And when we are unable to serve,

We create imbalances in our lives.

Unfortunately,

We create too many days when we are unable to serve others or ourselves.

Have you had days where your energy was so depleted and you barely had the strength to get out of bed?

One of the most common forms of self-sabotage behavior women stumble into is running out of energy.

I say stumble because women's nature is balanced.

No one in the right state of mind,

Body,

And spirit would cause themselves to be so overworked,

Undernurtured,

And mentally spent.

Although there is a wide range of luck of energy levels,

Every woman has her own limits.

Most people probably reached for some energy drink or an extra bold pot of coffee with lots of sugar.

Others just bite the bullet.

This thing seems to work,

But they don't.

They are temporary fixes.

These actions will put you in further state of body,

Mind,

And spirit depletion.

The best solution is always listen to your body before you get on empty.

When we make time for ourselves,

We can hear what our body needs.

People who regularly have natural foods,

Regular sleep habits,

And takes frequent mental breaks never run out of energy.

The second best solution is to give yourself extra hours and have a slow kind of day.

However,

There are some days when you just can't call your office and tell your boss that you are taking a day off or that you are going to be late because you have no energy.

For those people and those days,

Here are five health tips to recharge and prolong your energy level.

Number one,

Take a shower.

Yes,

That's simple.

Our body is 90% water.

Water has been used to bless people of many cultures and religions.

It refreshes and changes your mood,

Which changes your feelings.

A positive change in your feelings is a critical component to change your energy level.

Number two,

Do a grounding meditation in a shower or just after.

A regular five minute early in the morning meditation can do wonders for your energy level and health.

You are already late to work and five minutes may seem like an eternity,

So meditate in the shower.

It will connect you with Mother Nature,

Which is an excellent recharger of energy.

It's easy and after you have done a few times,

You will be able to memorize it.

Number three,

Wear red underwear.

You heard me right.

Dig out that sexy little provocative red undies and wear it all day long.

The red color energizes the first energy center of the body,

Located where your spine meets the sitting bone.

The root chakra governs the due function of the body.

If you don't own any red underwear,

Please add to your shopping list.

Number four,

Eat red fruits and vegetables.

Strawberries,

Cherries,

Watermelon,

Red tomatoes,

Beets,

And other great red natural foods are miracle workers for your body and your energy level.

They work by restoring your energy in three levels,

The body,

The natural food,

The mind,

Your knowledge of the red color,

And your spirit.

The red color energizes your root chakra.

Number five,

Go to bed early tonight.

The suggestions are rescue remedies and are meant to work temporarily.

You must give your body time to recover.

When you sleep,

Your body regenerates itself.

When you receive adequate rest,

You are able to hear the signals your body sends you before you go into depletion.

Is it true?

These suggestions will help you for a day or two.

You're meant to be your life jacket,

Like those that you wear when you are in the water.

You put it on in case of emergency,

But no one plans or wants to need it,

Right?

It would be wise to give your body a break so you can be who you truly are instead of the cranky,

Moody,

Impatient,

Or angry beings that people become when they don't have energy.

There is wisdom in your daily life,

And if you give yourself the time,

You will find it.

It will help you answer all of your questions and make the decisions that are right for you.

Your well-being is very important to humanity and the people closest to you.

Your contribution to the world is important.

Your energy level helps sustain the planet and the people in your life.

You may think that you are just one little individual in the universe,

But your energy is a beautiful gift.

I invite you to honor your spirit and practice good self-care.

We need you.

Remember you are the heart of humanity.

When you do well,

Everyone does well.

Your inspired life will inspire others.
