Grace Meditation Hello,
This is Ana Barreto.
I have a special gift for you.
I received this meditation during my morning meditation practice to help everyone connect with the special force we all have within.
This time we are called to connect with our divine power.
We will be challenged.
It will not be difficult,
But our perception of all will make it so.
We are called to increase our spiritual practice.
This will align ourselves with the energy of grace and expand compassion into our homes,
Neighborhoods,
City,
State,
Country and world.
As you begin to practice this or any meditation,
Please don't be in a hurry to help others.
You are the most important one right now.
Your own uplifted energy will find the space to uplift others.
For now,
Put the oxygen mask in yourself first.
This is a divine time.
We are all being called to step up.
I was called to stop the book project I was working for a year to receive and release a meditation book.
There is a higher power within,

It was a partnership with the Holy Spirit.
As you increase your spiritual practice,
You will be called to do your part.
So let's begin.
Close your eyes and open your awareness.
Take one deep,
Long breath.
Settle in in your chair,
Cushion or bed.
Be comfortable.
Give yourself the time and space to connect with your grace.
Make this space for stillness.
Take another long and deep breath.
Life is supporting you through it.
Today we will connect with our grace.
And what is grace?
Grace is our divinity.
It's our inner power that supports the life force within.
Grace is the core of our humanity.
In this moment,
I ask you to bring your attention inwards,
Softly,
With intention and flow.
Take another deep and long breath.
We will awaken the light of grace that lives within.
So we hold space for ourselves and our world to heal,
Amend,
Expand and infuse grace in our lives and where it's needed.
Let's start with your toes.
See every cell in your toes beginning to lighten with the Florence Gold bright light.
This is the light of grace.
See this light expanding and taking over your feet.
Every cell is connecting to the next cell like a wave of the divine essence.
See the light running up your legs,
Your hips,
Your torso,
Your shoulders,
Your neck,
Your head.
See the light expanding outwards.
It's healing your body,
Your thoughts,
Your emotions.
Feel the essence of grace.
Feel the essence of grace.
Feel your connection with nature.
Feel your connection with love,
With every soul.
Feel the essence of grace.
That's your divinity.
Feel your divinity.
You are special.
Your divine nature is infinite.
You are amazing.
That's why no one can do what you do just the way you do.
Feel your own light of grace.
Feel it in your body.
It feels great.
Feel your light of grace.
Know it.
Know it in your core.
Embrace it.
Surrender to it.
As you do,
You renew your commitment to life.
We all could renew that commitment right now.
Happiness was not a destination.
It is the entire path.
Feel your light of grace.
Infuse it in all areas of your life that needs a little healing.
Perhaps it needs a little bit more commitment.
Feel the peace.
Surrendering.
Perhaps it's your health.
Feel this area of your life with the light of grace.
See any trouble areas infused with this merciful,
Powerful,
Bright,
Vivid light of grace.
Perhaps it's your career.
Allow the light of grace to correct and bring peace into your job,
Your business,
Your office,
And maybe unemployment claims.
Be in peace with what it is right now.
Feel your light of grace.
Perhaps your relationships could use a little bit of light of grace.
Allow the light of grace to heal any discord and realign the love potential in this area.
Feel the grace in all of your relationships.
Infuse the light of grace in your partner,
Your parents,
Your children,
Your friends and family,
Your co-workers,
Your neighbors,
And anyone that comes to mind.
Take the time to bring the light of grace into your finances.
You don't need to have an outcome.
Perhaps allow the light of grace to clean,
Correct,
Dissolve any condition you perceive in your finances.
Allow grace to connect with abundance.
They are best friends.
Infuse the light of grace in your bedroom,
Kitchen,
And the entire home.
Use the light of grace in any area that comes to mind.
Allow the power of grace to dissolve all dissolutions,
Anxiety,
Worries,
Anger,
And any emotions that distract you from your path.
You are meant to live a happy life and share your unique gifts with the world.
Allow the light of grace to transform your life.
Allow the light of grace to guide you.
How could you do today to return to your path?
Perhaps you don't have to take any action,
But instead you just need to let go,
Release from your mind or heart.
What could you begin to release today?
You can hear the guidance available to you.
You can hear it now.
Don't doubt,
Just hear it.
Allow the light of grace to guide you.
Step into your divinity now.
You are the light.

Just remember this feeling,
This feeling of grace,
Of light,
Of compassion and hope.
Know that you can come back to this feeling any time throughout your day.
