And see if you can imagine putting them into a balloon.

And allow that balloon to get smaller and smaller,

Leaving you.

Notice now the energy in your body.

Take a moment to listen to your body.

Breathing deeply.

And if there are any areas of tension,

Pain,

Or overstimulation,

See if you can send some calm,

Compassion,

Or ease to these areas.

Notice that you have the ability to transform these things.

Now quiet your mind even further.

Relax your body even further.

And now take a moment to thank yourself for all you have done today.

Whatever was accomplished was the perfect amount,

In perfect timing.

And take a moment to recall something you are grateful for today.

And allow yourself to feel the energy of this gratitude.

Beautiful.

Your mind and body are prepared to rest now.

You are open to sleeping deeply tonight.

Releasing any remaining thoughts,

Worries,

Or stress.

Again,

Breathing deeply.

Allowing this release.

Allowing this freedom.

Creating space for deep restoration tonight.

And as you sleep deeply,

Your nervous system completely relaxes.

Your brain sends nourishing chemicals to restore your muscles and tissues.

Your body repairs and restores your cells.

Your hormones balance.

Working in perfect timing for sleep and rest.

Your cortisol levels are getting lower and lower.

Your heart rate slows ever so gently.

Collagen is released in the body,

Restoring your skin cells.

Your gut is nourished and calm.

Your immune system releases all inflammation.

In this peacefulness,

Your nerve cells communicate and organize.

Your body is healing itself with ease.

And this healing reverberates throughout your home,

Family,

Your community.

Your brain is sorting and processing.

Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.

Your unconscious mind will upgrade your subconscious thinking.

Your subconscious mind will upgrade your conscious thoughts and actions.

Solutions and creative ideas will propagate effortlessly while you rest deeply.

Gratitude and forgiveness ebb and flow like ocean waves.

And when you end your sleep in perfect timing,

Restored and rested,

You return excited for a new day.

You emerge thinking of all the possibilities.

Filled with gratitude for what lies ahead.

All of the abundance and love on its way to you.
