Good morning.
This is a tapping exercise to set yourself up for a great day.
You can tap on the side of the hand or use all of the tapping points with one hand or two while repeating after me out loud.
I will guide you through the points as we go,
But remember there's no wrong way to do this.
Tap on the points that feel good to you.
If you're not familiar with tapping,
You can simply repeat the statements out loud or inside your mind.
If any of the phrases don't ring true for you,
I encourage you to rephrase them in your own words.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath into the belly,
Letting it expand,
Exhaling with intention when you're ready,
Releasing anything that needs to go.
Let's start by tapping on the top of the head,
Right on the crown of the head,
Repeating after me.
I'm choosing to have an amazing day.
Tapping now just above the eyebrows towards the inside.
I'm opening myself up to the energy right now.
Tapping on the side of the eyes,
Close to the eyes.
I'm opening my heart to receive under the eyes.
I'm opening my mind to receive under the nose.
I'm opening up my bank account to receive under the bottom lip,
Between the lip and the chin.
I'm choosing to be inspired today.
Tapping on the collarbones,
I am open to love.
Tapping under the armpit about 4 inches below on your side seam.
I am open to being love.
Tapping the two wrists together.
I am open to receiving love.
Top of the head.
I send love to strangers.
Eyebrows.
I lead with love.
Side of the eyes.
I am so grateful for my life.
Under the eyes.
Even when it's not perfect.
Under the nose.
I am grateful for abundance.
Under the lip.
For everything I have.
Collarbones and all that is coming to me.
Under the arm.
I am grateful for my freedom.
Wrists.
I'm choosing to be generous today.
Top of the head.
Generous with my time.
Eyebrows.
Generous with my compassion.
Side of the eyes.
And generous with my abundance.
Under the eyes.
I am choosing to treat myself with love and respect today.
Under the nose.
I ask for what I want.
Below the lip.
I will love and respect my time today.
Collarbones.
I will not waste my time on worry.
Under the arm.
I will love and respect my body today.
Wrists.
I will say nice things to it.
Head.
I will drink lots of water and move my body today.
Eyebrows.
I will stand more and sit less.
Side of the eye.
I will breathe deeply and intentionally.

I will love and respect my friends,
Family,
And neighbors today.

I will share my generosity and gratitude with them.
Below the lip.
Maybe I'll even surprise someone today.
