Go ahead and close your eyes and drop down into your heart space.

And when you drop down into your heart space,

I want you to actually take if you are able to,

I want you to take your physical hands and I want you to rub them on the top of your thighs.

And I want you to just kind of get grounded in your body and just by rubbing the tops your palms and your hands on the tops of your thighs,

You're able to just kind of get into your physical body.

And then when you're,

You feel the warmth of your hands,

I want you to rub the sides of the legs,

Almost up towards the hips.

And then when you're ready,

I want you to rub this the sides of the body,

The upper body.

I want you to feel like you're rubbing the sides of the rib cage.

And then when you're ready,

I want you to rub your belly.

And we're just getting into into our physical body.

Our physical bodies are so magnificent.

You're a miracle.

Your physical body is your house for this lifetime.

And maybe your physical body is in great working order or maybe you've been struggling with it physically and whatever,

However you're been feeling,

If you've been struggling or if it's been feeling really good,

I want you to just appreciate your physical body.

Because when we express gratitude to the physical body,

We can start to really change the physicality.

And then when you're done rubbing the belly,

I want you to just rub down the arms.

And if you have any sort of physical ailment that you're not able to use your arms,

I want you to,

Or your hands,

I want you to just imagine like you're doing it.

And then when you're ready,

I want you to just rub your top of your chest.

When you're rubbing the top of your chest,

I want you to just feel the warmth of your heart to start to warm up.

You're only going to do that for just a couple breaths.

And you're just rubbing and gently opening up the heart.

And then when you're ready,

You can place the hands down onto the thighs or where they feel comfortable,

The palms can face up or they can face down.

And as you relax into this state,

I want you to give yourself full permission to settle into your heart space and receive a breath.

And exhale out through the mouth.

Then you're going to receive another breath,

Taking a nice deep breath in.

And then you're going to exhale out.

And then I want you to sense,

Feel or imagine from up above,

There's this beautiful shimmering crystalline light.

This is the light from the great central sun.

This is the great I am.

This is the sacred masculine energy that's going to start to pour into your being.

And I want you to sense,

Feel or imagine this beautiful energy streaming into the crown of your head.

And as it streams into the crown of your head,

I want you to feel the sacred lotus flower in the crown of your head open up.

This energy will start to relax the mind.

It will seep into the ears,

Relaxing the ears.

This sacred energy will move down the throat,

Clearing the sacred spot.

It will move into the heart,

Will bless you and open up your heart.

It will move down to your power center,

Stoking your inner fire,

Your inner willpower,

Balancing out your fire.

It will move down into your creativity center,

Into your sacral.

And then down into your safety center,

Into your root.

This sacred energy will move down your legs and through your feet,

Activating your grounding cord,

Allowing your grounding cord to go down,

Down,

Down,

Down through all the layers of the earth.

Where you will see,

Sense,

Feel,

Imagine,

Know that there is a beautiful sacred ball of crystalline energy.

This is Gaia,

Mother Earth's heart chakra.

You'll plug your grounding cord into her.

And when you plug your grounding cord into her,

She will seductively,

Beautifully move her sacred energy up your grounding cord and into you,

Doing a sacred feminine dance of energy within yourselves.

This sacred feminine energy is exploding with creativity and love and intuition and spirituality.

There's a grounding sense to it,

A supporting energy and this beautiful sacred crystalline energy from the great feminine,

The great Mother Gaia,

Mother Earth,

Dances within every cell,

Within every energy point within your body.

You can feel her energy move through your whole body,

Your whole system.

And as it moves through your body,

I want you to feel,

Sense or imagine her energy and the energy of the great I am,

These beautiful sacred energies of the masculine and feminine surrounding you top to bottom.

And then I want you to feel,

Sense or imagine that the energies from the East,

The angels,

The goddesses,

The deities,

The animal totems,

The masters,

Teachers and loved ones that serve the highest good come to protect you from the East.

And then the South,

Then the West and then the North.

So you are protected 360 degrees top to bottom,

Left to right and there's a stream of energy being fused into you.

And this beautiful energy is cleaning and clearing out your entire auric field.

It is sweeping your entire auric field out so you can own and claim your energy field.

So you can own and claim your energy field.

And as you feel,

Sense or imagine their beautiful energies infusing into you,

I invite you to take two nice deep inhales and exhales,

Assisting and moving out any energy that doesn't belong to you,

Any energies that don't serve you and allowing these powerful energies from your guides,

From the angels,

From the masters,

Teachers and loved ones,

From the animal spirits,

The fairies.

And I want you to feel,

Sense or imagine these energies just infusing into your body as you breathe,

And these are all levels of love from divinity.

These levels of love are for you to recognize your worth,

Own your ability to manifest.

And as you feel this pink crystalline energy all around you,

You look down towards your hands and you notice that you're holding a beautiful clear quartz crystal.

And this clear quartz crystal has a magnificent,

Unique characteristic within it.

And that could be like a rainbow or an inclusion or it could look like a flame or an animal.

Whatever it is,

I want you to look at this beautiful clear quartz crystal because that unique part about this clear quartz crystal is so important.

Because as you're looking at this clear quartz crystal,

Your heart is going to start to speak to it.

And your heart is infusing your desired intention that you want to manifest into it.

It's infusing your desired intention that you want to manifest into it.

And as you feel your heart,

Your mind,

Your body,

Your soul,

Stating that desired intention,

You can feel this clear quartz start to illuminate.

And as it illuminates,

It's cleaning out any energy within the body that is restricted or feeling unworthy or feeling stressed or overwhelmed or sad.

It's cleaning out anything that is going to prevent you from attracting this desire.

And it's sending a beacon,

A signal out into the universe,

Letting the universe know that you are ready and you are prepared and you want this desire.

And as you gaze at this beautiful,

Magnificent clear quartz crystal,

There's some energies from the east that start to stream in.

And these energies are crystalline energies that are going to amplify your manifesting efforts.

They're going to recalibrate your energy field to bring you into a higher frequency.

They're going to assist you in tapping into your pure potentiality.

And these energies are going to start to stream in and they're crystalline energies.

And then it's going to happen the same in the south,

The west and the north.

These energies are just streaming in and they're a unique crystal and elixir that assist with your pure potentiality,

Your vibration,

Your frequency,

So that you can attract this desire.

And as these energies stream in,

I want to invite you to let go,

Let go of the how and start expressing gratitude for the universe blessing you with these blessings.

Because as you express gratitude,

Your frequency rises.

There's going to be energy streaming as above,

So below 360 degrees all around you.

And as you receive these energies,

However you're meant to receive the message,

And then you'll thank the collective,

The universe,

The spirits that give to you this message.

And then you're going to take three nice deep inhales and exhales,

Allowing this energy to integrate into your being.

And as you receive these breaths,

I'm just going to speak a little bit more light language.

And then bring your palms to heart center,

Either in a prayer position or place your hands on top of one another,

Palms touching the heart.

And then I want you to just bow your chin in towards your chest and feel the warmth of your hands on your heart.

Feel the power in the prayer and the desire.

And then when you're ready,

You're going to take three more deep inhales and start to come back into this space in time.

And then when you're ready,

Blink your eyes open and then take your time coming back to relax in your hands.
