Hello and welcome to this daily ritual practice to help you tap into your innate state of abundance.
You may want to light a candle or dim the lights and then bring yourself into a comfortable seated position or feel free to lie down and then allowing your eyes to come to close if you'd like.
Entering the sacred domain of now,
We'll take a nice deep breath in and as you breathe out just feeling yourself arrive here in the present moment fully.
And again deep breath in through the nose and maybe gently sighing out through an open mouth and just inviting your body to relax.
And one more deep breath in filling up your lungs receiving the energy of the breath and breathing out feeling all parts of you arriving here for this practice today.
And then let your breath become smooth and steady slowing down your inhales and your exhales.
And take one hand and just rest it over your heart space.
Feel the warmth of your hand upon your chest and through the palm of your hand feel the movement of the breath within the chest.
Making contact with yourself and in this moment acknowledging how you truly feel.
Being honest with yourself about your current state of being.
Maybe you feel happy in this moment but maybe you feel anxious or depressed frustrated.
On our journey to tapping into our innate state of abundance we must own where we're at in this moment how we're truly feeling in this moment.
That honest acknowledgement of our current state of being serves as a doorway to abundance.
So be generous with yourself in this moment in regards to allowing any emotions that are here with you to truly be here to be acknowledged by you and to be felt.
And just take a nice deep breath in as you generously acknowledge how you are right here right now in this moment.
Breathing out softening all parts of you.
Let's just take another deep breath in honoring acknowledging how we are right now and again breathing out inviting a softening through all parts of you.
Sometimes when we come into right relationship with our current state of being we naturally begin to feel a more joyful abundant state emerging.
But whether or not that's the case for you in this moment I'll guide you in that direction.
And we'll do this by thinking of one thing that you're grateful for.
One thing in your life right now that you feel grateful for.
And stay with that whether you're simply thinking about it or maybe you're envisioning it in your mind's eye.
But as you come into this frequency of gratitude notice how you're feeling now.
And find a place inside your body where sensations are emerging.
We could call these sensations gratitude sensations.
And as you tune into this place inside of you and really get to know these sensations invite them to expand.
Invite these sensations this frequency of gratitude to expand into as much of your body as possible.
Bringing your entire body if possible online to this frequency of gratitude.
This inner feeling of appreciation.
Regardless of how you started this practice or what's going on in your life right now stay tuned in to just this sense of gratitude.
Let this energy of gratitude expand even more if possible overflowing into the space around your body.
Notice your breath coming in and out.
Beautiful.
And then from this state of being that you are consciously in right now the state of gratitude.
Allow yourself to acknowledge the abundance here.
Gratitude is a gateway to abundance.
Gratitude for the smallest of things can reveal to us our innate state of abundance.
So notice how filled up you've become.
Noticing how grateful you are.
And breathe it with this energy this abundant energy of gratitude.
This energy is here with you all the time and you can let this energy infuse any part of your life.
So for this last bit of practice today what is one area of your life or one thing in your life where you want to cultivate greater abundance?
Maybe it's in your relationships.
Maybe it's in your bank account.
Maybe you want an abundance of time to yourself.
Acknowledge where you'd like to cultivate this abundant energy in your life and then take this state this inner state of being that you've cultivated and allow this energy to come in contact with that desire.
Imagine it flowing into your bank account or into your social life or into your day.
Opening up abundance wherever you feel it is needed in your life.
Okay notice your breath.
Notice your body keeping your body soft and relaxed and receptive.
Abundance is here for you.
Your essential self is abundant and you are worthy of experiencing abundance in all aspects of your life.
Let yourself be overflowing with gratitude today and let yourself remember that there is more than enough here for you.
Take a deep breath in through the nose out through the mouth.
