Welcome to Day 5 of the 7 Day Abundance Meditation Series.
This journey offers short and simple practices to help you activate and begin to embody the frequency of abundance within,
Which underlies the manifestation of prosperity and abundance in your physical reality.
Today we'll focus on the power of manifestation by setting a clear intention and visualizing your desires with focused energy,
You can begin to attract abundance into your life.
So please come into a comfortable seated position and let your eyes come to close if you'd like.
And take a nice deep breath in and a complete breath out.
Let's repeat that a few more times,
Just breathing in nice and deeply.
And as you breathe out,
Feel your body softening.
And one more time,
Deep breath in.
And this time breathing out,
Letting your mind relax.
Starting to arrive here in the present moment.
And even if your eyes are closed,
Begin to imagine and sense the four walls that surround you.
And sensing the floor beneath you.
And the ceiling above you.
And locating yourself in this space.
And noticing how much of this space your body takes up.
And then consider how much of this space does your energy take up.
And breathe fully into this space of you.
Becoming even more present in this moment.
And now take a moment to reflect upon the kind of abundance that you are seeking.
Maybe you desire financial abundance.
Maybe you want more vibrant,
Healthy relationships in your life.
Maybe you're seeking greater health or wellness.
Or something else entirely.
Allow yourself to connect with your deepest desires.
And then choose one for this meditation today.
Once you've selected your specific desire,
Create a simple I am statement that summarizes what you want.
Declaring it as if it is already manifest.
So for example,
You could say,
I am financially free with enough savings to cover a year of rent.
Or I am surrounded by caring and loving individuals who I'm so grateful to call as my friends.
Create your simple I am statement,
And then begin to silently repeat this statement to yourself.
Say the statement slowly to yourself.
And notice what you feel in response.
Each time you repeat this statement,
Imagine every cell of your body beginning to awaken and become receptive to the idea of this desire becoming manifest.
And even if doubt arises,
Or worry arises,
As you're repeating the statement,
Know that you truly hold the ability to manifest what it is that you want.
And this practice today is going to help you tap in to the inner vibration that is needed to do so.
So let go of your statement.
And now let's bring our awareness up to our third eye space,
Right between your eyebrows.
And just focus your attention there for a moment.
Take a breath right into that area.
Activating your mind's eye.
And begin to gaze out through the center of your forehead.
As if you're looking upon a blank black screen.
And using your imagination,
Start to visualize a beautiful garden with vibrant flowers and lush greenery filling out the space surrounding you.
See yourself standing in this garden with the sun shining brightly upon you.
And see if you can actually feel yourself being nurtured by this garden by the energy that is here with you.
And feel free to add any extra details to really help yourself feel safe,
And grounded and peaceful.
And most importantly,
Receptive,
Open to receiving what it is that you desire.
As you are soaking up the good vibes here,
Look around in your garden,
And you're going to see something shimmering in the middle of this garden that catches your eye.
And as you look a little closer,
You will see a large glowing crystal ball.
And this crystal ball is really special.
It represents your power of manifestation.
So let yourself walk up to this crystal ball and begin to look within it.
And as you do,
You'll see your desire for abundance being reflected back at you.
Appearing as if it were already manifest.
Notice what it looks like for you to have your desire.
Notice the expression on your face,
Your body language.
And most importantly,
Notice your vibe.
Notice how you feel receiving your abundance desire.
Let yourself fully receive this image.
Imagine yourself breathing it in.
And through your mind's eye,
See yourself reaching out and touching this crystal ball.
And as you do feel the energy of your desire being amplified even more within you.
As if it's being delivered throughout your entire body to every cell in your body helping to awaken the exact frequency you need to hold to bring this desire into manifestation.
And at the same time,
As you are receiving the energy of your desire,
It's also rippling out into your garden and expanding out into the whole universe.
This energy is potent,
And it's the essential ingredient that's needed to help you attract the right people,
The places,
The things into your life that will help you manifest your abundance desire.
This energy will help you collaborate with the universe,
Making the universe your teammate in this manifestation journey.
Now take a few deep breaths,
Being fully immersed in this vibration of attraction.
Fully immersed in this energy of having what you want.
And then slowly begin to step away from the crystal ball,
And breath by breath,
Feel the energy of your desire.
And as you do that,
Feel your breath letting go of this imagined garden and beginning to bring all of your attention back into the present moment into your physical reality.
Feeling your breath moving through your body.
And feeling your body taking up space,
Noticing what you're sitting on.
And noticing how you feel after being in such close contact with the frequency of your desire.
Take a few last deep breaths in and out grounding this experience and this feeling of your desire being manifest in your life.
Remember that you are a powerful creator.
Trust in this process,
And remain open and excited to receive the abundance you deserve.
Let's take one last deep breath in through the nose.
Sigh it out through an open mouth.
