Welcome to this meditation for intuition and decision making.
Life is full of so many choices and sometimes it can be difficult to know the right path to take.
Today we'll connect with our inner wisdom to gain clarity and guidance from within.
So please come into a comfortable seated position where you can begin to relax your body and mind.
Let your eyes come to close.
And bring your attention to your breath.
Inhaling slowly through your nose,
Feeling your belly expand.
And exhaling slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any tension or lingering doubts about any decisions that you need to make.
Letting your breath slow down and grow even deeper.
Becoming more and more centered in the present moment.
Now begin to bring your awareness to your physical body.
Feeling the ground beneath you.
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest with each breath.
And really taking in how your body is feeling.
Just noticing any sensations coming into your awareness.
And begin to hone in on your heart center.
Just feeling into this space inside your chest.
And take a breath right into your heart.
And as you breathe out,
Allow your heart to surrender a little bit.
To release any stress that's holding on to.
And right here at the center of your heart,
Imagine that you are breathing into your chest.
And right here at the center of your heart,
Imagine a soft golden light beginning to shimmer.
This light represents your intuition.
Your inner wisdom.
As you breathe in to your heart center,
Breathing into this golden light,
Allow it to expand.
As you breathe out,
Just feeling your whole self.
Becoming intuitive.
Being filled with your own knowing,
Your own wisdom,
Your own intuition.
This isn't something you need to figure out how to do with your mind.
We're trusting right now in a deeper intelligence that exists within you.
And we are simply calling it forth.
Now take a moment to think about a decision that you're facing.
Or a question that you have.
And just briefly touch into and visualize the different options or the different answers that you believe are available to you.
What potential options do you have?
What potential options are available to you?
What potential answers are a possibility for you?
See if you can come up with two to three different options or answers.
And when that's complete,
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Smooth out your breath by breathing in slowly and deeply,
Completely,
And breathing out slowly,
Deeply and completely.
Deeply and completely.
And then reconnect with that shimmering light emanating out from your heart.
This light that represents your inner wisdom and knowing and intuition.
And you're going to ask your intuition,
You're going to ask your inner light residing right here at your heart.
What path is best for me?
Which option,
Which answer resonates most with me in this moment?
And be open.
Be receptive to any feelings,
Any images.
Any insights or even sensations that arise in response to the different options,
The different answers that you had laid out just a few moments ago.
You may feel that this light in your heart is aligning with one path or flowing more towards one answer.
As you tune into one path or answer,
You might find that you feel a sense of relief.
Or you sigh out with ease.
You don't have to force anything,
Just trust that your intuition will guide you in a way that serves your highest good.
Taking one or two more breaths.
As you sit in this open receptive state,
Listening to your intuition.
And know that if no clear answer emerges right now,
That is perfectly normal.
It's perfectly all right.
Sometimes the best course of action is to wait.
And to gather more information and to allow your intuition to speak when the moment is right.
You can trust that the answers will come.
Just by you simply being curious,
Just by you simply asking the question.
And come back to your breath one more time and let yourself breathe in deeply,
Breathe out completely,
Just fully receiving,
Taking in,
Acknowledging whatever information you were able to download from your intuition today.
You might even want to just rest a hand over your heart for a moment,
Silently offering up a little gratitude to this inner source of wisdom that is always here with you.
And when you are ready,
You can give a little wiggle to your fingers and toes.
Maybe letting your head rock a little bit side to side,
Just waking back up,
Coming back into your body,
Coming back to the outer environment.
Letting the eyes blink open and closed a few times.
And preparing to move out into the rest of your day,
Carrying this sense of inner wisdom and peace with you as you approach any decision today.
And remember,
You have a powerful intuition within you.
And it is always working on your behalf to guide you towards your best life.
