
Self-Worth Activation

Activate and amplify the frequency of self-worth so you can use this powerful energy throughout your day. In this short meditation, you'll first be guided to connect with your breath and body. Then, you'll be led through an energy clearing to let go of the negativity that blocks your sense of innate worthiness and finally an activation to call forth your essential worth and intrinsic value. Use this practice to awaken your remembrance that you are inherently worthy. Use it when you feel down, undeserving, or your confidence is being challenged.

Hello and welcome to this short meditation to activate the frequency of worthiness within you and all around you.
My name is Amy Pat Tee and I'm super happy that you've joined me for this practice today and we're gonna be starting in a comfortable seated position.
So feel free to sit down on the floor or on the chair whatever works for you and then if you'd like go ahead and bring your eyes to close.
And in these first few moments just start to settle in and think of your energy,
Your awareness,
Your attention beginning to redirect from your external environment back home to your internal environment.
And little movements in the body can be helpful for supporting that in happening.
So you might shift a little side to side,
Maybe you check in with your shoulders allowing them to rise up towards your ears a little bit and then just feeling them drop down letting go of any stress or tension.
Letting your jaw release.
You may even want to open your mouth a little bit and just wiggle your jaw a little to the left and a little to the right.
And sometimes we hold a lot of tension up in the forehead and in that space between the eyebrows.
So you could lift your eyebrows up and then let them relax down and just feel the eyes beginning to relax.
And then notice your breath and begin to deepen it and there's lots of different ways to deepen the breath but here let's deepen it inside the body and if you'd like you could even rest a hand over the belly and just see if you can breathe in so deeply that your belly gently expands with your inhalation and then contracts back in with your exhalation.
And stay focused with that deep belly breathing and see if you can slow down your inhalations and exhalations.
Slowing down our breath helps us slow down our thinking mind which then makes it a little easier to fully arrive in the present moment.
And if your hand is resting over your belly feel free to release that.
And just taking two to three more deep breaths here feeling your entire body now expanding as you breathe in and relaxing as you breathe out.
We're gonna be activating the energy of self-worth and we'll start first with an energy clearing statement that will help you let go of any negativity,
Any stress,
Any old energy that no longer serves you that might be blocking your innate worthiness.
And you can simply hear my words as your own or if you'd like you can repeat them after me and then we'll just breathe together to clear that energy.
So the clearing statement goes like this,
I clear now the energy of unworthiness and the blockages and barriers that keep me stuck in this negative energy.
Believing it,
Feeling it,
And living my life as if it is true.
And I clear now the false beliefs that say I'm not worthy,
I can't have,
I'm not capable of,
I don't deserve,
I'm no good.
I release and let go of all of this negativity right here right now.
It is not serving me.
So I want you to take in a nice deep breath and you're just imagining that your inhalation is sweeping up all of this negative energy that we just called out and highlighted with these words.
And then you can breathe out if you'd like through an open mouth and we're gonna just visualize or imagine that negative energy going right into a garbage can on the other side in the subtle dimension and this is a garbage can that belongs to the universe and the universe is going to take the trash out for you.
So once you place it there you don't have to worry about it.
Now I'm gonna say this statement one more time and just really again let these words land inside of you and highlight this program or these programs inside of you so that we can then press delete.
We can then clear them and release them.
So here it goes one more time.
I clear now the energy of unworthiness and the blockages and barriers that keep me stuck in this negative energy.
Believing it,
Feeling it,
And living my life as if it's true.
And I clear now the false beliefs that say I'm not worthy,
I can't have,
I'm not capable of,
I don't deserve,
I'm no good.
I release and let go of all of that negativity right here right now.
It's not serving me.
So again just take a nice deep breath in drawing up that negative energy from your entire body as well as your energy field and then just breathe it out through an open mouth and let that energy go.
Alright so now we are ready to activate our inherent self-worth.
This energy lives inside of you.
We are worthy just for being here,
Just for being alive.
We are worthy.
But this energy of self-worth sometimes it's covered up,
Sometimes it gets blocked,
Especially when we just fall out of alignment with the truth of who we really are.
So when we choose to activate it we're really reminding ourselves that this is our truth,
That we are in fact worthy.
It's at the base of who we are.
It's primary,
It's essential inside of us.
We were born worthy and there's nothing we need to do to be worthy.
So again you can just hear my words as your own or you can repeat these after me.
I activate now the energy of self-worth in my entire being.
Body,
Mind,
Heart,
Soul,
And spirit.
And I activate self-worth energy in my aura in the space all around my body so that everyone I meet is touched by this powerful vibration of worth.
So this time as you breathe in again you can just imagine your inhalation highlighting your essential self-worth.
And then as you breathe out it's like you're pressing bold and you're amplifying that energy that already exists within you but you're amplifying it and bolding it and making it louder in your system so that you can really feel it and experience it.
So I'm gonna repeat that statement that activation statement one more time and continue to breathe as I do.
I activate now the energy of self-worth in my entire being.
Body,
Mind,
Heart,
Soul,
And spirit.
And I activate self-worth in my aura and in the space around my body so that everyone I meet is touched by this powerful energy.
So let's take one or two more activating breaths,
Deeply inhaling wherever this self-worth energy lies inside of you,
Highlighting it and then as you exhale letting it expand,
Letting it blossom,
Letting it become brightened up so that you can feel it,
You can know it,
You can experience it.
Beautiful.
So take a moment now to just notice how you feel.
What does worthiness feel like inside of you?
Where do you feel it inside of you?
Is there a certain part of your body that really seems to hold this energy of self-worth for you?
We'll take five more slow conscious breaths to seal in this energy of self-worth.
Remembering that there's nothing you need to do to be worthy,
You just are.
And so at any point throughout the rest of your day if you forget or you lose this knowing,
This experience,
You can come back to this practice or you can simply say in the moment,
I activate now self-worth and realign with this essential part of you and let it touch all aspects of your life,
Your relationships,
The work you do.
Let it come with you into every situation you encounter.
Let this sense of worthiness be your guide today.

I love this meditation! After being on vacation with some friends, that totally annihilated or I let annihilate my confidence and self-worth… Thank you for bringing me home to a better place. A place of calm and centeredness where I know my true worth and it doesn’t have anything to do with anyone else . Sometimes it just hurts when people use their stuff to deflate another’s balloon.
