This guided energy-clearing meditation is designed specifically for Soulful entrepreneurs who want clarity about the next best steps to bring about the success they desire in their business. You will be led into the present moment, cultivating breath and body awareness. Then, you'll connect to the energy of your business as a separate entity from yourself. Lastly, you'll be guided through energy clearings and activations to help you release blockages, paving the way for new opportunities and growth in your business endeavors.

Welcome to this short practice to support you with figuring out the next best steps that you need to take to help your business become successful. So go ahead and take a comfortable seat. If you'd like, Close your eyes. Taking a few deep breaths, Beginning to shift your attention inward upon yourself. As you breathe in, See if you can feel the breath flowing in and down as if it's flowing directly to the base of your spine. And then as you breathe out, Just naturally feeling it moving up through the core space of you and then flowing out gently through your nose. Repeating that a few more times, Breath by breath, Bringing more and more of your attention out of your mind, Out of your head, Out of the external world, Down into your body, Down into the core of who you are. Slow your breath down, Smooth it out a little bit more, And feel your body relaxing and letting go of tension as you breathe out. Start to feel yourself arriving in connection to the earth. Feel the weight of your body. And again, As you breathe out, Let go and let the weight of your body really surrender downward into whatever is beneath you. Take one more deep breath in, And as you breathe out, Let your jaw relax. Feel free to even exhale through an open mouth. Now I want you to begin to connect with the energy of your business. To do this, You need to feel as though your business is separate from you. So imagine as a separate energetic entity. Even if you are the brand or the face of your business, You can still separate yourself from it. Imagine your business settling into the space right in front of you. And maybe you begin to see it with your mind's eye. It might just appear as a floating globe of light, Or maybe it appears in some other way. Or maybe you just feel its presence. Let it come to you in a way that feels resonant, In a way that feels natural. And just breathe with your business for a moment. Be with it, Breathe with it, Feeling yourself separate from it, But connected to it. And now we are going to do a little energy work to help uncover what the next best steps are for you to take in relationship to the success of your business. So you can hear my words as your own, Or you can repeat them after me out loud or silently. The first energy clearing goes like this. I clear now any worry, Doubt, Insecurity, Fear, Or confusion I feel about my business. So you're going to take a deep breath in, Highlighting these energies within you, Highlighting these energies between you and your business, And highlighting these energies within your business. And then as you breathe out, You're going to exhale to let these energies go. And it's always good to intend that these energies are moving into a garbage can, Or they are traveling into a blazing fire where they will be transmuted. Or you can imagine them flowing into a compost pile. Whatever works for you, But the intention is that you are letting them go. So continue to breathe. And I'm just going to read this clearing statement once more. I clear now any worry, Doubt, Insecurity, Fear, Or confusion I feel about my business. Take one more deep breath in, Highlighting these energies within the energetic matrix of you and your business, And then breathing them out. It's like pressing delete after you've highlighted something on your computer. Breathe them out, Let them go. And we're going to do one more clearing statement that goes like this. I clear now the blockages and barriers, The veils and illusions, And any other negative energy keeping me from knowing what the best next steps are for me to take to bring about the success that I am seeking in my business. So same thing here, You're going to breathe in. And as you breathe in, You are highlighting these energies within your energetic blueprint, The blockages, The barriers, The veils and illusions, Any other negative unconscious energy that keeps you from knowing what steps you need to take to bring about success in your business. As you exhale, Imagine you're pressing delete and letting those energies go, Seeing them traveling right into a trash can, If you'd like to really let the universe know you're done with them. I'm going to read it once more. I clear now the blockages and barriers, The veils and illusions, And any other negative energy keeping me from knowing what the next best steps are for me to take to bring about the success that I am seeking in my business. Breathe in one last time and breathe out. Now to wrap up this session, We are going to activate positive energy to further support you in achieving the clarity that you seek. So again, You can just say these words silently or out loud to yourself, Or just hear my words as your own. I activate now the positive energy of the universe. So I can use this energy to gain the clarity, Success, And abundance I desire for myself and my business, Starting right now. So this time as you breathe in, Same thing, We are highlighting these innate energies within you of clarity, Success, And abundance for you and your business. And as you breathe out, You can imagine the positive energy of the universe coming down into you and activating those energies fully, Infusing those energies with vibrancy, With positivity, Turning up the volume on these energies. So let yourself breathe and feel this activation and I'll read it one more time through. I activate now the positive energy of the universe. So I can use this energy to gain the clarity, Success, And abundance I desire for myself and my business, Starting right now. Take one last deep breath in. And as you exhale, Just imagine yourself and your business lighting up, Becoming bright, Becoming successful, Abundant, And filled with clarity. And then just once again, Feel your body, The weight of your body releasing down into whatever is beneath you. Noticing how you feel after working with your energy and the energy of your business. This practice is here for you and it can be helpful to do it every day when you are moving through a phase of figuring things out. And you can apply these clearing statements to other areas of your life as well. Maybe there's a relationship you want to work on. So in place of your business, You can imagine that relationship. These same clearing statements and activation statement will support you in that area as well. So come back and do this again. Exactly what I needed today! But I found that the intentions to repeat were really long to remember and there wasn’t enough time to integrate into my body and mind. So helpful! I launched my business recently and after the momentum of launching I became overwhelmed with the negative belief patterns which no longer serve me.
