Hello and welcome to day 13 of Radiance.
We are almost done with this journey.
I hope you are feeling more embodied and more radiant,
More alive and vital and real,
Real in your humanness.
In today's practice,
We are going to touch into our subtle body and explore our energy.
Energy is really the most foundational building block of our physical body.
We've traveled through many layers,
We've acknowledged our muscles and our bones and our organs and our fluids and our nervous system.
And the nervous system is like the electrical circuitry of our physical body.
And so now let's travel to our energy,
The energetic circuitry of us.
Because we are more than just physical body.
We emanate energy out from every cell of the body,
Out from our physicality,
And the energy that we express touches the people we come in contact with,
And it influences the world around us,
And it reveals our shine,
Our glow,
Our radiance.
So you can sit for this practice,
That might be best,
Or feel free to lie down if you need to.
Eyes.
Feel your breath flowing in.
Feel your breath flowing out.
Dropping into the sacredness of now where you get to meet yourself just as you are.
And as you do,
How are you today?
How are you feeling today?
What did you bring with you to this practice?
And you may be feeling amazing.
You could be feeling a little off.
And just know that by doing this practice,
You will likely feel a little different by the end.
Possibly more aligned,
More present,
Or more at ease within yourself.
Be with your breath,
Glowing in and out,
And stretch it out.
So really slowing down your inhalations,
Slowing down your exhalations.
And even though we are sitting still right now,
You have permission to move.
You have permission to.
Shift a little bit.
And that is a form of meditation,
Moving meditation.
Can be A beautiful way.
To quiet the mind.
Notice the shape of your body.
And feel the density.
Of your body.
Maybe even thinking about the muscles.
The bones.
The organs.
Really feeling your own physicality.
We often identify most with our physicality,
With our body and the way it looks and how it feels.
But let's attune to the more subtle aspect of ourselves,
Our energy.
So just simply shift your attention now to feel your energy body.
And notice what shifts.
Notice What's different when you simply shift to feel your energetic body?
Our energetic body has anatomy just like our physical body,
There are chakras,
There are energetic channels sometimes called meridians or nadis.
And there are layers to our energetic body.
There's an emotional layer,
There's a mental layer.
There's a pranic layer.
There's a soul layer,
A spirit layer.
There's all these layers to our energetic body as well.
And you don't have to know where they are.
You don't have to know much about them.
I'm just painting.
A picture.
Of what's all here with you.
When you attune to your energy.
And we're going to think of our energy as just this big bubble of light that radiates out from the core of our bodies,
Out into the space.
Around us.
And so in your mind's eye,
You might visualize this or imagine this.
And I want you to see or feel or sense how far out does your energy extend?
I want you to find a boundary of your energetic self,
A boundary of your energetic body.
You can think of this as a sphere of light that you are sitting within,
A globe of light,
A bubble of light around you.
However it appears,
If you're able to imagine it or see it or just sense it,
We're going to begin to breathe with our energy body.
So just like how your lungs or your chest and belly expand when you breathe in,
We're going to feel our energy body expand out as we breathe in,
In all directions,
Up,
Down,
Forward,
Back,
Side to side.
And then as you breathe out,
Just feel this bubble of light surrounding you.
Just draw in.
And retract a little.
Or maybe a lot,
Maybe the bubble shrinks all the way back into your body.
And then inhale,
Letting your energy expand.
Feel how big you become.
Breathing out,
Letting it retract and come back in and all the while noticing that this bubble,
It has a boundary.
You are contained.
So find your own pace and rhythm with your breath and take a few more rounds of this,
Expanding your energy body,
This bubble of light surrounding you as you breathe in.
And the money that draw back in.
Towards your physical self as you breathe out.
Clearing your energetic space with each breath in and out.
Take one more of these expansive breaths.
One more release with your exhale.
And then just invite your energy body to balance and align and all you have to do is for intend for that to happen.
Your energy body is intelligent.
Working on your behalf.
So you simply have to direct it,
To invite it,
To align,
To harmonize,
To balance,
To support you and your physical body.
And then feel your physical body adjusting and aligning.
With your energy body.
And feel this sense of wholeness being activated.
And feel how bright you have become,
That you are shining,
That you are radiant.
You are alive.
And empowered.
In who you are.
Bring one hand to rest over your chest and one hand over your belly,
Sealing in this sense of empowerment,
This sense of radiance,
This sense of wholeness.
And create a little intention from this place,
Just an intention for the rest of your day.
Who will you be as you complete this practice and head into whatever's next for you?
Take one last deep breath,
Breathing in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
