
Get Centered Within + Rejuvenated

Call all of your attention, your energy, and your power back home to your own center so you can rest deeply within and begin to feel abundant on the inside. You'll be guided through an affirmation, body scan, and gentle navel breathing — leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready to step back out into the world feeling more centered, connected to self, and whole.

Hello and welcome to this practice to help you become deeply centered inside yourself and to feel rejuvenated on the inside and filled up with an abundance of energy,
Your energy.
You're welcome to do this practice in a seated position.
If you'd prefer to lie down,
That's perfectly fine as well.
And closing your eyes if that works for you and just beginning to tune into your breath,
Connecting to your body and feeling how your breath is flowing in and out.
And then just saying to yourself either silently or out loud,
I call back all of my power,
All of my energy from any person,
Place or situation where I may have left it.
I call back all of my power,
All of my energy to myself,
To my body and to this moment.
And draw in a nice deep breath in through your nose.
And if you'd like,
You could even side out through an open mouth.
Letting yourself soften and become receptive to your own energy,
Your own power.
If it's been dispersed elsewhere,
Welcoming it back home to yourself to this moment.
And then allow your breath to deepen,
Just breathing in smoothly,
Slowly and breathing out completely.
And then I want you to take your attention all the way down to the soles of your feet and connecting to the left foot.
And first,
Just see if you can feel your left foot.
If you need to wiggle your toes a little bit to help you with this,
You can do that.
And then from your left foot,
Just begin to let your awareness move up into the left ankle,
To your left knee,
Your left hip,
Drawing in from your left hip towards the center of your pelvis.
And then lifting your awareness up to the space behind your navel.
And then feel your left foot,
Leg,
Hip,
And navel center all at once and just take a breath in and out.
And then take your attention down to your right foot.
And again,
Wiggle your toes if you need to,
To better feel and sense your right foot.
And then from your right foot,
Sensing up into your right ankle,
Your right knee,
Your right hip,
Drawing in to the center of your pelvis,
And then find your way up to the space behind your navel.
And again,
Feel the right foot,
Right leg,
All the way up to your navel all at once and take a breath in.
And breathe out.
We're just drawing our awareness,
Our energy in from the end points of our body to our center.
And let's do that with our arms now.
So bring your attention to your hands.
Just notice any sensations in your hands.
And then shift your attention to the palm of your left hand.
Wiggle your left fingers gently to bring more awareness into this area.
And then from your left hand,
Feel into your left wrist,
Elbow up into the left shoulder.
And from the shoulder,
Releasing down towards your heart center,
And then drop again into the space behind your navel.
See if you can feel the left hand all the way to the shoulder and then down to your navel center.
And as you feel this area of your body,
Take a breath in and out.
And shifting your attention over to your right hand now,
Feeling the right palm of your hand,
Maybe giving a little wiggle to your right fingers.
And then sensing from this right hand to your right wrist,
Right elbow,
Right shoulder,
From the right shoulder traveling down into the center of your chest,
And then straight down to the space right behind your navel.
Feel this whole right side from the hand to the shoulder to the center.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
And then find your awareness moving up to the very crown of your head.
Just pause there for a moment,
See if there's any sensation that you can feel right there at the very top of your head.
And then from the very crown of your head,
Drop down to the space between the ears and down further into the center of your neck.
As if you're drawing a straight plumb line down through the body,
Drop down into the center of your rib cage,
And then again,
Land your awareness behind your navel.
Feeling this part of your body from the crown of your head down to your center and just take a breath in and out.
And then lastly,
Feel down to the base of your spine,
The tip of your tailbone.
And from there,
Again,
As if you're drawing an invisible line within your body,
Lift your awareness up,
Up,
Up until you reach the space behind your navel.
Just breathe in.
Breathe out.
And feel how you've collected yourself now right here at your own center.
From all the main endpoints of your body,
Your two feet,
Your two hands,
The top of your head,
The base of your spine,
Opening up pathways to your center,
Letting your center be a hub of communication between all these parts.
And settle in here right at your own center.
And just breathe.
As you inhale,
Maybe even feeling a little bit of movement right around your navel within your belly.
As you breathe out,
Just relaxing this area,
Allowing your inner energy to be rejuvenated and even inviting your inner energy to grow to the point where you are feeling filled up on the inside and abundant with life force.
For just a little bit longer,
Sitting here within yourself and letting your energy,
Your attention,
Your power be here fully with you.
Feeling deeply connected to yourself and knowing that this is your birthright.
To be connected to yourself,
Filled up and abundant with life force energy and centered in body,
Mind and spirit.
Let's just take three more very slow breaths.
Again continuing to feel these breaths moving into the space of your belly,
Into your own center.
Each inhalation rejuvenating you,
Bringing you oxygen and energy and each exhalation softening you,
Letting you connect more deeply to yourself on the inside.
Take one more nice deep breath in.
Maybe even sighing out as you exhale.
If you'd like,
You could take one or both of your hands now and just rest them lightly over your navel,
Gently holding your belly.
You're sitting upright,
Dropping your chin slightly so that your inner gaze is directed downward into the sacred space of your belly.
Preparing now to transition your attention back outward into the world.
But remember this place within and come here often,
Check in often.
This is one way that we can ensure we are moving through life in alignment with our truest self,
Staying connected and grounded within our own center.
