Welcome to Day 6 of my beautiful body,

An energy-clearing meditation series to help you embody your most beautiful self inside and out.

Today's focus is on exercise.

Moving our bodies every day in ways that feel pleasurable and invoke and maintain physical health is key to feeling and looking beautiful.

But a lot of things can stand in our way of getting the movement in that our body needs and desires that help it stay in shape and maintain its optimal weight.

Today's practice we're going to dive into some of the negativity that hinders our physical fitness and it keeps us from claiming our most beautiful body.

So go ahead and come into a comfortable seat.

If you'd like to bring your eyes to close please do so.

Begin to tune into your inhalations and your exhalations and invite them to slow down.

So just breathing in a little bit longer,

Breathing out a little bit longer without strain.

And then notice your body and just feeling the shape of your body and how the breath is moving and flowing through your body in this moment.

Feeling all parts of you beginning to arrive in the sacred domain of now.

The sacred space is where you tap into unlimited possibility and positive energy.

It's where you can really align with and access the best version of you.

Let yourself tune in to the present moment to be fully here for the practice today.

As we move into the clearing portion of this meditation as always you can repeat these words after me or just hear them as your own.

And we'll begin with this clearing statement today.

I clear now all of the blockages and barriers to being physically motivated to exercise my body.

So take a breath in lifting up any blockages and barriers you have to exercising your body to being motivated,

Physically motivated to exercise your body and then breathe those out visualize this negative energy going into an imaginary garbage can or recycling bin.

Something symbolizing to the universe that you are releasing this energy.

You're letting it go completely.

Let's move on.

I clear now all of the obstacles and distractions that stand in my way and make it difficult to find the time and space to move my body in ways that promote its well-being.

So again just breathing in lifting up all of those obstacles all of those distractions that keep you from being able to move your body in ways that promote health and well-being.

Here is our next clearing.

I clear now the negative energy that says I don't have time I don't know how I don't know where to start I'm too broken I can't move adequately I'm too tired and it won't amount to anything anyway.

I release and let go of all of this negative energy that keeps me from engaging and even the smallest and simplest forms of exercise so I can begin to empower my body and invoke my most beautiful self.

All right so breathing in beginning to lift up this negative energy it generally expresses in the form of thought patterns.

This energy that convinces you you don't have time you don't know how you're just too tired or too broken you can't move your body.

We're gonna release that energy just breathe in to lift it up and breathe it out.

And moving on I clear now all of the negative energy and resistance energy like laziness,

Disgust,

Boredom,

Exhaustion,

Fatigue,

Self-judgment,

Shame,

Guilt,

And heaviness that keeps me from feeling energized and motivated to move my body every day for health.

So we're breathing and lifting up this negative energy this resistance energy and breathing it out letting it go this energy causes us to feel things like laziness,

Boredom,

Fatigue.

Sometimes it comes through in the form of guilt or shame or self-judgment or heaviness the negative energy that keeps us from our vitality and feeling energized and motivated to move our bodies.

All right here is our next statement I clear now all of the obstacles that keep me from aligning with a form of energy and the daily movement ritual that I can commit to that I find pleasure and joy in doing and that helps my body easily and effortlessly transform into its most beautiful expression.

All right so we're lifting up this energy of obstacles obstacles that keep you from finding the best exercise routine for you the one that is going to transform your body easily and effortlessly the one that you'll find joyful.

Breathing in those obstacles lift them up exhale them out moving on I clear now any negative energy standing in my way from experiencing joy fun and pleasure as I explore a variety of movements with my body so exercise becomes a form of play that I engage in every day that makes me feel good on all levels of being so breathing and lifting up this negative energy breathing it out letting go of what keeps you from having fun experiencing joy and pleasure as you explore movement healthy movement in your body and here's our next clearing I clear now all of the negative energy blocking me from being able to listen to what my body needs wants and desires for exercise so I can then move in ways that truly serve my body's health and wellness right so again just inhale breathing up any negative energy keeps you from listening to your body and what your body truly needs in regards to movement and exercise so it can sustain health good just exhale all of that negative energy out and we will move on I clear now the blockages and barriers to trying new forms of movement new activities and new exercise routines that work to keep me interested to challenge my body and fun exciting and growth filled ways and to bring about even greater levels of physical health so take a breath in lifting up these blockages and barriers and breathe them out by removing these blockages you'll regain a sense of curiosity a sense of interest in moving your body in a variety of ways interest in trying new things out or even challenging your body in ways that can bring you into greater levels of physical health and here is our next clearing I clear now any negative energy keeping me from receiving and enjoying the gift of exercise with gratitude and remembering how lucky I am to have this body and to be able to move it even if it is not to the degree that I wish for right now take a breath in lifting up all of the negative energy that keeps you from having gratitude for this beautiful body of yours and breathe out that negative energy so even if you are just starting your journey back to your most beautiful self even if you're not exactly where you want to be in this moment can you find some gratitude this clearing is helping you access that sense of gratitude for your body and for your ability to move at whatever capacity you're able to in this moment let go of that negative energy breathe it all out and we are going to move on to our last clearing today I clear now the veils and illusions keeping me from seeing my body as a beautiful temple for my soul and to eliminate any negative energy keeping me from the motivation desire and excitement to move my body daily so it can look and feel its best so take a breath in you're lifting up first and foremost these veils and illusions that keep you from seeing your body as a beautiful temple and also releasing here any negative energy last little bit of negative energy keeping you from motivation from having a desire to move your body daily so it can look its best and feel its best nice work with all of that clearing hopefully we'll start to feel that shift and feel that sense of excitement for exercising and moving your body move into the activation portion of this meditation today feel free to repeat these words after me or just simply listen to them and hear them as your own we'll start with this activation I activate now my connection to myself and my body so I can be attuned to what I need especially when it comes to exercise and movement so I can look and feel my best all right so as you inhale you are activating a strong and clear connection to yourself and to your body so that you are attuned you are attuned to yourself and you know what you need when it comes to exercise and movement to be the healthiest version of you so just breathe in and as you breathe out let that connection grow stronger let it become brighter and moving on I activate now my connection to my body's innate wisdom joy ability to feel pleasure experience play and express vitality and beauty so I love moving it I love being embodied and engaging and health inducing activities so go ahead and breathe in again you're activating your connection to yourself and your body but specifically your body's innate wisdom your body's innate inner joy your body's love of feeling pleasure and expressing beauty so that you feel more inclined to move it so that you feel good being embodied and engaging in health inducing activities that bring out more and more of your inner joy all right here's our next activation I activate now the love for moving my body in any way shape or form because it produces good feelings and beauty inside and out so breathe in activating your innate love for moving your body in all different ways simply because it makes you feel good it produces good feelings when you move your body right take one more breath just breathing in breathing out feeling that love for moving your body being fully activated and here is our next activation I activate now source energy and my direct connection to source so I can use this unlimited positive energy to align me with the people places and things that will inspire and motivate me to exercise in ways that serve my body's well-being all right so inhaling activating your direct connection to source to the positive unlimited energy of the universe and then as you exhale just feel yourself really being filled up with this energy feel this energy helping you come into perfect alignment so that you can connect with people places and things that will inspire and motivate you to move your body in healthy ways maybe you discover a new gym maybe you meet a new friend who wants to go on fun walks with you maybe you discover a new piece of equipment that you love using that helps you move your body with ease so we're just opening up the possibility for discovering those things with the support of source energy all right here's our next activation I activate now source energy and my direct connection to source so I can use this unlimited positive energy to feel excited about sustaining an exercise routine moving my body every day for health and investing in the cultivation of my most beautiful self inside and out so take a breath in again we're connecting with source energy drawing that energy into us filling ourselves up with it so that this energy can help us feel the sense of excitement about creating an exercise routine that we love an exercise routine that we want to do every day one that really helps bring about our most beautiful self all right and then we're gonna wrap up this activation portion of today's practice with this last statement I activate now my most beautiful self so just breathe in breathe out feeling your energetic blueprint lighting up in alignment with your most beautiful self this is the version of you that looks good feels good it's the version of you that is filled with possibility and filled with positivity this is the version of you that when you are aligned with it you feel love you feel confidence you feel peaceful you feel hopeful let yourself really sink into this version of you letting it come fully online inside of you let it be activated in the cells of your body and then ground this activation this version of you this new level of frequency inside of you ground it down into the earth just move your attention down down through your body through the floor beneath you to the earth grow your beauty roots anchoring this vibration of you into the planet into this moment into your body so it can grow and express in all that you do and when that feels complete just bring your awareness back to your breath slowly breathing and feeling that breath moving into the body slowly breathing out feeling that breath leaving your body noticing how you're feeling from today's practice I'll take one last deep breath in through the nose sealing in all of this goodness can sigh out if you'd like through an open mouth may you find many moments of joy moving your body in ways that make you feel at your best have a wonderful day you
