Welcome to this 3 minute homecoming meditation.
You can sit or lie down comfortably and bring your eyes to close.
And begin to tune into your beautiful breath.
And then take one hand and rest it right over your heart.
And as you turn your attention inward,
Say hello to yourself.
Greet yourself just as you are today.
And shifting your attention to your body.
Feeling your whole body breathing in.
Feeling your whole body breathing out.
Releasing your jaw.
Letting your shoulders drop.
Feeling your hips and your legs letting go.
And again,
Feeling your entire body breathing in.
And your entire body breathing out.
And then begin to sense the parts of your body that are in contact with whatever is beneath you.
And let yourself really sink into these areas.
Let your body relax into the support beneath it.
Feel your energy.
Feel your consciousness landing here in this moment.
And as you fully arrive,
Say to yourself,
I am home.
I am home.
Take a nice deep breath,
Breathing in and just sighing out,
Letting go.
