Explore MeditationAmy Bisazza has been teaching yoga and well-being since 2007 in a variety of settings. She has a BA in Developmental Psychology, is a British Wheel of Yoga accredited Yoga teacher, and has completed trainings in Children’s Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini Yoga, Sound healing, and Reiki to Masters Level. She teaches Yoga & Relaxation at Avanti Park School as part of the curriculum for 6-year groups. Amy is also a singer-songwriter and incorporates sound work into her classes – vocal toning, gong meditation, sound healing, breath work, and mantra. She writes and sings as part of the sacred sound duo Earth and as a solo artist, and has recorded and released music on Spotify and all platforms. She is particularly interested in the research and science behind these ancient practices of Yoga, Chanting, and Sound Healing, and incorporates this into her sessions.
