Everyone getting nice and comfortable?

Cool.

So just closing down your eyes.

Giving yourself a few moments.

Just drop in.

Just making any final adjustments.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Again,

Taking a deep breath in.

And letting go with a deep breath out.

As you continue to breathe,

Just noticing the rise and the fall.

Sensations in your body as you breathe.

From here now,

Visualising and bringing to mind your loved one.

Someone that you love,

Something that you love.

Just connecting to that inner feeling of joy.

And on your next exhale,

Let's even extend that light,

That inner joy.

That is your essence to encompass this room.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

And again,

On the next exhale,

Let's even extend your light,

Your energy,

Your love,

Your essence.

To carry moment,

To encompass moment as you breathe in.

And breathe out.

As your awareness is landing there,

You may be intuitively feeling no burn or seeing a map of it.

Whatever is working for you.

On the next exhale,

As you expand your essence and your awareness to encompass Australia.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Expanding your energy to the southern hemisphere.

Breathing in.

And on the exhale,

Expanding,

Breathing out.

Breathing in and on your next exhale,

See if you can visualise you expanding to the whole planet.

Your expansion,

Your light,

Your energy,

Your love.

Encompassing and one with the whole planet.

Connecting to the life on the planet.

Just holding awareness and acknowledgement of the life on the planet.

The people,

The pets,

The animals,

The plants,

The trees.

All over the planet.

And perhaps also the life off the planet.

The waterways,

The rivers,

The seas,

The mountains,

The earth,

The plates that shift.

Just holding that awareness.

With your essence,

One with it all.

If you have a compassion statement,

Now's the time to use it.

Just holding that awareness.

And remembering that awareness is the key.

The shift has already happened.

You're already becoming more compassionate.

Just holding this awareness.

And when you're at this scale of expansion,

There's surely some things to be grateful for in your life.

So finding three things about yourself to be grateful for.

It can be only three things in your life that you're grateful for.

Interactions,

Your health.

Three things in your life that you're grateful for.

And remember this is not a checklist activity.

Feel,

Feel and feel your way through it.

Connect to the essence of your gratitude and that feeling of gratitude.

Really feel your gratitude.

And from there,

Finding three things about your work now to be grateful for.

Do you love what you do?

Do you love what your work enables you to do?

I actually love the people you work with,

The skills you're developing.

Three things about your work that you're grateful for.

And from here now,

Finding three things about yourself.

Could be any three things.

Three things about yourself that you're really grateful for.

An opportunity to cultivate that self-love,

See if you find something novel to be grateful for about yourself.

Each and every time you come here.

Three things about yourself that you're grateful for.

And for bonus points,

Three things,

Not things,

Three people.

Three people,

Past,

Present,

Perhaps future.

Doesn't have to be a person,

Could be a pet.

Never home,

Just life would not be the same.

Just putting that energy,

That essence,

That gratitude for those three people.

And then from here,

Perhaps there's someone that it's difficult to be grateful for in your life.

Perhaps there's a situation or a person that you'd like to forgive.

Just bring this person into your mind's eye.

Create a space to connect with this.

And then when you're ready,

It's time to read the charge.

Give you some time here to read your frustrations,

Your anger,

Your hostility.

Just share it into the space you've created.

And then from there,

Allowing yourself to feel.

Feeling your anger,

Your pain.

This takes courage.

Just giving yourself permission to go there.

Good on you for your courage.

Stay here for a few more moments.

And then stop.

Instead of descending into the energy now,

Let's climb that ascension.

What was the silver lining on this gray cloud?

What did this person and this interaction teach you?

What did you learn thanks to this experience?

What was it like for the other person?

Remembering that it's hurt people that hurt people.

Just remembering what was going on for this person.

See if you can see it from their eyes.

Softening it with greater understanding.

And from there,

Forgiving it into love.

See if you can truly let go and let love heal.

In the essence of letting go,

I invite you now to completely let go of your present reality.

Visualizing yourself soaring through the oceans,

Past the oceans,

In the sky,

Completely free.

Untethered to your present moment.

Completely letting go,

Fast-forwarding into a future reality,

Three years from now.

What an amazing,

Amazing reality.

The experiences that you're having three years from now.

Noticing how you've grown to facilitate these experiences three years from now.

Getting into your contribution,

The reason why you're doing it,

The impact that it's having.

See here that I invite you to ask your lofty question.

Make that statement.

And as it emerges,

Notice the three words that emerge with your lofty question or statement.

Perhaps there's three feelings,

Three intentions.

As they're emerging,

Noticing the color of your lofty question.

And again,

If the color's not solid,

All those dark patches,

Just patching that with your energetic paintbrush wherever you need to.

It may not be one color,

It may be multiple colors,

It may not be stagnant,

It may be swirling.

Just connecting to the color and the energy of your lofty question.

And as this is fully patched,

Fully healed,

Ready for you to merge with,

Just holding it for 20 seconds and seeing.

And allowing three words or feelings or intentions to emerge as you continue to hold this prayer.

Staying connected to your lofty question and the energy and the three emerging intentions and words.

And now when you're ready,

I invite you to merge this with your being,

Your body,

Your mind.

Maybe you feel most comfortable merging with your lofty question.

And then when you feel that process to be complete in your own time,

Just release letting that go.

From here now,

From this expanded awareness,

Anchoring yourself back into today,

Bringing this expanded self into the energy of today.

Visualizing what the rest of your days will look like.

Between now and your next meal,

What are you up to?

What are the interactions you're having with people here in this space?

How do you feel?

How are you showing up?

And thinking about your next meal,

What does that look like?

Who's there with you?

How are you nourishing yourself?

That time between your meal and going to bed,

What are you doing with that?

It's a wonderful day.

Where are you expending your energy,

Your time?

How are you making the most of your dreams,

Your being?

All the way through to going to your lovely bed.

Nothing quite beats the feeling of your own bed.

Visualizing your head gently coming back to your pillow,

Getting that well-deserved,

Nourishing,

Loving rest and care.

And that deep,

Deep rest for a beautiful,

Beautiful next day ahead so you can do it all over again.

And from here,

Just taking a moment to connect in with your blessing,

Your higher source,

Your version of God,

Your God,

The universe.

If you believe in something greater than yourself,

This is the opportunity to check in,

Give your thanks,

Receive your blessings,

Your guidance,

Your love and support for the day.

And if you don't believe in something bigger than yourself or are so still,

You can check in with yourself and thank yourself for showing up,

For being there for yourself,

For doing the work,

For taking our time,

For self-care,

To meditate.

Just generally being awesome to yourself.

From here,

Coming back,

Connecting to your breath,

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Just gently bring some warmth and friction into your hands as you gently wake up your body.

Slowly,

Slowly,

With a brush,

Just ease and flow.

In your own times,

Covering your eyes with your warm hands.

And when you're ready,

Just lowering your hands to come back into this space.

Just taking it slow.

And if I may,

Just add a little extension.

This moment right here is pure gold for you to check in with your energy.

Your emotional state,

How you feel,

How you are at rest,

That calm,

Fully inspired,

Just getting reacquainted to this energy of self that is available just in your pocket,

Right on the other side of that meditation.

Wonderful! I’d love to know more about the “Lofty Question”. Please explain. I guessed how to use it in the fabulous rendition of the essence of the 6 Phase Meditation but would love to know more. 😊💓
