Closing your eyes.
So feeling the body sitting.
And feeling the body breathing.
You're actually being breathed.
Just notice that,
That you're being breathed.
Each one of us is being breathed right now,
All together,
One breath.
Yeah.
And if there's any thoughts,
Just allowing yourself to take the elevator down.
Going below the neck.
Seeing if you can find there's a still point in the body.
Might be in the heart,
It might be in the solar plexus.
Or the gut.
There's no right place,
But each one of us has a place that's just still in our body,
Like the center of our being.
And see where you might find that.
There's still point in your being.
And let yourself rest there.
There's no right place,
But each one of us has a place that's just still in our body,
Like the center of our being.
Noticing how the still point feels,
How the stillness,
Area of stillness is.
Maybe it has a vibration,
A felt sense.
Might even be a visual quality to it.
Sometimes this still point has a vibration.
Even if thoughts come in or feelings come in,
Coming back down to where your still point is.
Thoughts and emotions are just dancing on top of the stillness.
And they're fine,
But you can just drop down at any time.
And notice that this center or still point of view is actually the center of all things.
Your center is the center of everything.
And if that makes sense to you,
Let yourself feel that.
And lastly,
You can widen the still point.
So whatever stillness you feel in the body,
You can make it wider.
Feel what that's like.
Your center can cover all things.
What if your still point was as wide as the universe?
What if your still point included everything as you,
As stillness,
As awareness,
As loving kindness?
And for the rest of the meditation,
Just resting in this still point as wide as you want to make it,
All the way to infinity if you would like that.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
You might ask the stillness whether it's a point in your body in a small way or an expanded way.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
Stillness itself can have information for us.
Whether it's a stillness in your body or expanded.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
See if there's more it wants you to know.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
You might ask it if there's anything it wants you to know.
