Let's follow the body and encourage relaxation using attention and the breath, starting from the feet and flowing towards the crown of the head. This practice is good for when you need a relaxing pick-me-up or a quick moment of calm while traveling or commuting on the train or plane. It's also appropriate to encourage sleep during a siesta or power nap. Teenagers or young adults may enjoy this at the end of a busy school day. For a longer body scan, see my yoga nidra track.
