Amelia Stone

Amelia is a Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher with a wealth of experience working with children and young people. Amelia loves to create meditations to support children, young people, and adults. Amelia has a love of pranayama, teaches mindfulness and meditation in primary and secondary schools, and shares mums and baby yoga, meditations, mindfulness, and pranayama with mums. She teaches regular Hatha yoga classes and shares mindfulness and meditation on a 1-1 basis with teenagers needing support with anxiety and stress.
