Welcome to this meditation for deep sleep.
Make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Preparing to listen to my words to guide you to relax the body and the mind.
And repeat affirmations to lead you into feeling peaceful,
Loved,
Safe,
Calm and grateful.
And may you receive this meditation as a gift from me to you and also a gift that you give to yourself to nurture your body,
Your mind and your spirit.
Notice if there's anything else you need to make yourself comfortable to set up for a good night's sleep.
And then take a big breath in and a cleansing sigh out.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Do that again.
Take a big,
Full breath in and a cleansing sigh.
Empty out what you need to release.
Let it go.
Relax the face.
Relax the scalp.
Relax the top of the head,
The back of the head,
The sides of the head,
The front of the face.
Observe and notice with loving kindness.
Relaxing the forehead.
Let go of tension.
Relax the face,
The jaw,
The arms,
The legs,
The hands,
The feet.
Giving yourself permission to let go of the day,
To let go of anything that doesn't serve you in this moment.
Feel the muscles relax.
Feel the sound of my voice and the silence.
Feel yourself sink deeper into calm.
Notice affirmation.
I am relaxed.
My mind is calm.
And all is well.
My body is relaxed.
My mind is calm.
And all is well.
Relax the forehead.
The eyes.
The cheeks.
The mouth.
The tongue.
Notice the throat.
And take a few swallows.
Relax the throat.
Relax the entire face.
The tip of the nose.
The chin.
And notice your ears.
Notice what you hear.
Notice the sound of my voice.
And notice any other noises in the room where you're in.
Notice what's close by.
Like the sound of your breath.
And notice if you hear anything in the distance.
Softly awakening the observer mind.
Observe yourself as you sink deeper into relaxation.
Face is relaxed.
Ears are relaxed.
Relax the throat.
The neck.
The shoulders.
Feel the entire right arm.
Get heavy.
Relax the right thumb.

Notice the skin smooth across the face.
Surrounding the upper torso.
The lower torso.
Smooth on the front of the body.
The back of the body.

Feeling the body soften.
Slowing down.
Observing yourself in the state of relaxation.

You are comfortable.
You are grateful.
And all is well.
As this meditation comes to an end,
You may sink into a deep sleep.
Or gently arise from your meditation.
Peace out.
