Get yourself into a comfortable position where you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes and just have a look around the body energetically.

Just to get a sense of where you are right now.

If you need to shift around to become even more comfortable,

Please do so.

And once again,

With the eyes closed,

Just take a moment and feel.

Feel not just the physical body but also the energy around you.

Notice where the thoughts are.

Now turn your attention to your breath.

Notice the air coming in and out through your nostrils.

Feel the sensation of the cool air as it enters into your body.

And then notice on the exhalations how the same air seems to disappear.

Just enjoy watching the breath in this way for a few more inhalations and exhalations.

Now notice the belly moving when you breathe as you take a long deep breath in and then watch the belly as you exhale slowly letting the air out.

Letting it disappear like a river into the distance.

Now let's add a little bit of a pause at the top of the breath after you inhale.

And then at the bottom of the breath after the exhalations.

Continue breathing in this way.

And notice on the pauses how quiet the mind becomes.

How still the thoughts are.

How the sub-vocalization disappears.

You can continue breathing in this way or you can just relax the breath once again.

Now place some of your inner awareness in the area of the center of your chest.

Notice what it feels like.

Is there a color or a temperature sensation?

Just observe.

Maintaining your connection with that heart space.

Send some roots down from the bottom of you.

Down into the earth.

Watch as they go through the surface of the earth and find their way deep into the core.

Feel the warmth.

And now draw some of this earth energy up into you and bring it all the way through the root of you into your heart space.

Maintaining that energy in your heart space and your connection to the earth.

Now imagine that you're flying out the top of your head,

Out through the roof if you're inside and up into the sky.

Fly as high as you feel comfortable.

This is an area of love.

So now bring some of that energy from up high down in through the top of your head and draw that down into your heart space as well.

Let the energy of the earth and the energy of love and above intermingle in your heart space.

Now let the energy expand out filling your entire chest and then flooding your body with this earth energy and love energy.

Let this energy go beyond your body and fill up the space where you are.

Let it expand out and fill the entire area where you are.

Let it increase and grow to fill the entire region where you are.

And you can even imagine it filling the town or the city,

The state or the province,

The country where you are.

Let this energy encompass the entire earth in your connection to everything.

I'm going to take you through a series of points in the body.

There's nothing to do,

Nothing you have to imagine.

Just notice me leading you through these points and as I do let yourself relax and then let yourself relax a little bit more and then relax completely.

We'll begin at the third eye in the area between the eyebrows.

Now dive in two to three inches into this skull and imagine you're inside your head.

Follow my voice and these points and simply relax.

The third eye,

Base of the throat,

Right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Tip of the right thumb,

Right index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Right wrist,

Right elbow,

Right shoulder,

Base of the throat,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Left wrist,

Tip of the left thumb,

Left index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Left wrist,

Left elbow,

Left shoulder,

Base of the throat,

Center of the chest,

Right nipple,

Center of the heart space,

Left nipple,

Center of the chest,

Just behind the navel,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Right hip,

Right knee,

Right ankle,

Tip of the right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe,

Right ankle,

Right knee,

Right hip,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Left hip,

Left knee,

Left ankle,

Tip of the left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe,

Left ankle,

Left knee,

Left hip,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Just behind the navel,

Center of the heart space,

Base of the throat,

And now returning to the third eye,

Diving in,

Two to three inches inside the skull,

Imagine that you're turning to sit to face the dark screen,

The inside of the forehead,

Where you are the witness.

If thoughts or ideas move across the screen,

Just observe them,

And if you must react,

Simply say in your inner voice,

There goes one.

Feel your body breathing,

And it's as if the body is breathing you.

Just relaxing,

Just letting go.

Now imagine inside your heart space is a bud,

Like a bud on a tree branch,

Or the bud of a flower.

Look at its petals tightly closed.

Walk around and observe this bud,

And now stand and face it with your arms outstretched,

And hear these words as if they are your own inner voice,

Saying,

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love.

Notice when you say this,

A petal on the bud begins to vibrate.

Say it again.

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love.

Notice that the same petal begins to open,

And say it one more time.

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love,

And watch as this petal magically unfolds and opens up.

Walk around the bud one more time,

And in front of another petal,

With your arms outstretched,

Say I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love.

Say it again.

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love,

And watch as that petal opens up also.

Again,

Walk to another area,

And say with your arms outstretched,

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love.

Watch as a third petal opens up.

Continue to walk around this bud,

Chanting,

I am ready,

Willing,

And able to give and receive love,

And watch as the petals magically open,

Revealing a beautiful lotus flower.

Floating just above the center of the flower,

You see a jewel,

And inside that jewel,

A flame.

I am the flame in the center of the jewel residing in the lotus of my heart.

Your heart is your greatest decision maker.

It is the center of your feeling body.

The heart is the balance point of your energy centers.

You are now fully connected with this balance point.

Feel the warming energy of love as it floods through you and out into the world.

Give love to all sentient beings and feel the love return to you,

Circulating back,

Nourishing you.

In this heart balanced energy,

You have available to you everything you need to make good decisions.

This is the spark of the flame of intuition.

This is your inner guidance.

Know that you can tap into this area anytime you choose.

Simply by placing your hands over the center of your chest and tuning into your heart space.

Let these words echo inside of you as if your own inner voice.

I am happiness.

I am wellness.

I am harmony.

I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Feel the warmth spreading through your body.

It's as if it glows.

This glow is now a part of you and all people that you encounter are going to see it and feel it.

Be sure to give yourself love and tune into your own loving heart space in order to spread love and positivity to all.

If you're choosing to go to sleep,

You can now drift off into a deeply relaxing sleep.

If you're choosing to awaken,

You can very slowly begin to feel your body once again moving your thumbs across your fingertips and wiggling your toes.

Now very gently begin to blink your eyes open,

Taking notice to how quiet the mind is,

How comfortable the body is,

How peaceful the heart is.
