Namaste.

Welcome to this new moon meditation.

Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down.

Become so comfortable that you'll be able to be mostly still for the duration of this meditation and be completely focused and present.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Every inhale is an invitation to receive and every exhale is tension,

Stress,

And letting go.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself lying or sitting under a clear night sky.

The darkness surrounds you and you look up and see nothing but stars.

The moon is always whole,

But when it's a new moon it isn't visible and it represents a new beginning,

A blank canvas,

A chance to set new intentions,

New goals,

To plant the seeds of your desires.

As you gaze up at the stars,

Let go of any regrets,

Fears,

Doubts,

Or anything that is holding you back.

Let anything that isn't right here right now float away like leaves on a stream.

Feel them dissipate,

Becoming lighter and lighter and more open to change,

Opening both the heart and the mind and also the soul.

What intentions do you want to set for yourself?

What dreams and aspirations do you wish to set into motion?

What do you want to manifest?

Take a few breaths to reflect on these questions and honor whatever arises.

With every breath,

Imagine these intentions now become a part of your energy.

They become a part of your being.

They're already within you.

You just have to nurture the growth and take the first steps.

Rumi says,

As you walk on the way,

The way appears.

Visualize these intentions like a glowing light that will guide you,

That will light your path.

Recite these affirmations either out loud or silently to yourself.

I am open to new beginnings.

I release the past and embrace the future.

I set clear intentions for my life.

I am capable of achieving my dreams.

Feel the energy of these affirmations resonating,

Tuning to the frequency of this music at 432 Hertz,

Filling you with confidence,

Filling you with determination,

With passion and creativity,

Knowing that you have the power to shape your destiny.

You have the light within to guide your path.

Just start to walk on the way.

What are the next steps?

Take a few more deep breaths.

Now,

As you exhale,

Imagine sending your intentions out into the universe like a message to the cosmos,

A message to your higher power,

And trust that these intentions will be supported.

Trust that the way will appear.

Trust that you will find the path.

Trust that it's already yours.

Carry the energy of the new moon with you as you continue to move forward,

Knowing that each beginning is an opportunity to create the life that you envision.
