The listener will be guided through a relaxing body scan followed by a guided visualization. The guided visualization instructs the listener to write and then slowly erase numbers counting backward from 50. All of this is set to soothing Brown Noise. There is around 10 minutes of guided visualization followed by around 20 minutes of Brown Noise. The noise slowly fades at the very end. No ending bells or words.
