Welcome to this meditation.

I invite you to first make yourself as comfortable as can be,

Wriggling out any unrest and allow yourself to nestle on in to this space in place of your choosing.

Feel free to soften down your eyes and take your gaze inward.

With every scan of awareness to sensation,

Feeling and thought,

You honor yourself with the gift of presence,

Slowing down your mind,

Slowing down the need to do and simply be.

Allow your breath to accompany you on your journey inward.

Let it move in response to your willingness to let go,

Surrender and let be.

Slowing down your breath,

Slowing down the need to do and simply let it be.

Every inhalation an opportunity to be expansive and invite in all that you need,

Every exhalation a humbling letting go.

This is your calling,

Beautiful human.

A calling to remind you of the simplistic natural rhythms that reside within you.

A calling to reset the fluctuations of one's mind and recalibrate the tendencies that may spring forth from an unsettled compass.

A calling to let rest the whimsical ways and wander back to all that truly matters.

A calling to sit with the anchors that harness the wilderness that storm your senses.

A calling to bring forth your sweet passions and heartfelt commitments.

An innate belief sitting,

Palpating at your center,

Willing you to lean in.

For when we lean in,

We learn and when we learn,

We grow.

Trust in your callings and tune in to the subtle nuance that lays dormant beneath the busy.

You are free.
