Welcome,
Beautiful people,
To this meditation.
Today,
We are simply going to begin.
Perhaps you haven't made it to your mat in some time.
Or perhaps this is the first time that you've attempted to bring some mindfulness and meditation into your life.
So today is to simply begin.
So to do this,
I firstly invite you to place both of your palms onto your belly.
And just take a moment wherever you are to let soften and allow yourself a moment to arrive.
All that is needed is for you to take a deep breath in through your nostrils.
And as you breathe in,
Allow your belly to expand and press up into your palms,
Creating space for your breath to arrive.
And then all you need to do is breathe out,
Gently allowing for your belly to contract,
Draw in and release your breath out into the world.
And then repeating this again and again and again.
And just continuing for these next few minutes.
Now,
Slowly.
You you you Congratulations beautiful ones you have simply begun and gently come back to this moment and perhaps gently wriggling out your body fluttering your eyelids and once again allow yourself to arrive I'm so proud of you for beginning on this journey today And I wish you all the very best when you step out into into your world on this magical day namaste
