A love letter to one's heart. Be guided in to a paused state of introspection and enliven the neurons of gratitude. If we are focusing on gratitude, it is impossible to give oxygen to any negativity. This gratitude meditation was formed out of a personal need to slow down and bring light to what truly matters. A reflection of all that we are so fortunate to have.
