Welcome,
Beautiful people,
To this meditation.
My name is Amber Jane and I feel really humbled to guide you today.
I invite you first to come into a comfortable position,
Whether that's seated,
Perhaps using a prop or just simply laying on back.
Wherever you choose to be,
Give yourself some time to truly arrive there before you settle and sink down into that place,
Perhaps wriggling out any excess energy.
Take a little bit of time to do just that.
Once you find that place where you can nestle on in,
I invite you to bring one hand to the center of your chest,
To your heart space,
And the other to your belly and to the area of your solar plexus.
Just gently closing your eyes down,
Or if that's a little bit too much,
Simply turning your gaze down towards your cheekbones.
Take a moment to let your palms settle into these two spaces,
These two places of your being,
And your heart space,
A region known as anahata,
A place of compassion,
Of care,
And of unconditional love.
And your belly,
Your solar plexus,
A place of determination,
Your fire,
And where your willpower resides.
As you connect physically and energetically to these two places,
Can you think upon your own intention for this meditation?
And what is known as a sankalpa,
A gentle message to yourself of what your heart truly desires,
And of your own unique purpose and message that you feel to give out to the world around you.
And you may have also noticed the rise and fall of your physical body underneath your two palms,
Letting yourself tune in to your natural breath now.
And every inhalation,
Perhaps encouraging your belly to expand a little bit more,
Creating space for your breath and whatever is riding in on your breath,
Space to arrive.
And then allowing for that gentle fall and softening of your belly as you let your breath leave your body.
And so to start again,
And again,
And again.
This natural ebb and flow of giving in and giving out.
This universal rum called angry still save and And I invite you now to take an even deeper breath,
Perhaps on these next few rounds exhaling and sighing out completely,
Releasing and allowing for all that is.
And then taking these next few moments just to check back in with your intention,
With your why.
And allowing for that energy to expand out through every part of you.
And lighting up every single cell.
And knowing that you're going to gift this energy out into the world as you step out today.
Keeping your breath steady and gently begin to flicker your eyelids.
Come back into your physical surroundings.
Marvel at this moment.
Be curious.
Be open.
Be mindful of how you move yourself out of this position and out into your day.
