Welcome.

As you're ready,

Prepare for your meditation.

Grab a bolster or pillow,

Something that will help you elevate your hips higher than your knees.

Bend your knees,

Place one ankle in front of the other.

Place your hands into your thighs,

Palms face down.

Point your finger and thumb come together to touch as you allow the elbows to relax back by the rib cage.

Extend,

Lengthen through the crown of your head.

Lift your heart toward your chin as you slightly tuck your chin toward your chest.

Settle into your seat.

As you allow your forehead,

Cheekbones and jaw to soften,

Allow the eyes to close as you draw your gaze inward.

Om Nama Shavaya is our chant today.

Feel free to join in as you are ready.

Om Nama Shavaya om nam asavaya Om Namaha Shavaya om namaha Shavaya om namaha Shavaya Leaf Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Settle into the vibrations that we've just cultivated together and allow yourself to feel what is present and alive for you now.

Feel the cells within your body,

In your face,

Your arm,

The front side of your body,

Your back,

Your legs.

Feel the vibrations of our chant.

Feel the vibrations of our chant.

Keep your mind here,

Present in the sensations and the feelings.

Just observe and witness how you feel in this moment,

Stay alive and present within the sensations in your body.

Keep your heart held high in your awareness within what you feel now as you allow the vibrations from our mantra to settle into your being,

The sacred sound of Shiva.

Call upon this mantra as you move through your day or as you move through your evening.

Let the mantra repeat in your mind to keep you present.

Om Nama Shavaya Om Nama Shavaya Inhale the hands to your heart center,

Press your palms together,

Let the thumbs rest at your sternum.

Tuck your chin to your chest,

Bow in in deep gratitude for the practice.

May you call upon your inner Shiva.

The divine light in me respects and reflects the light that exists within you.

When I am in that place in me,

You in that place in you,

We are one.

Namaste.

Release your palms,

Gently begin to open your eyes and slowly move back throughout your doing.

See you next time.
