Hi,
Good morning and welcome to your morning motivation meditation.
This is a powerful practice designed to infuse your day with positive energy and purpose.
As you begin your day,
Find a comfortable position.
You can be seated or lying down.
If you are still laying in bed whilst listening to this,
That's okay too.
Just do what feels good for you in this very moment.
Now if it feels good for you,
You can softly close your eyes or you can keep them open with a relaxed gaze.
Let's start by taking a few deep breaths,
Inhaling deeply through the nose and exhaling fully through the mouth.
That's it.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhaling,
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling fully.
Now let your breath just flow naturally.
With each breath,
Imagine that you are inhaling motivation,
Inspiration and vitality.
Feel the energy of the morning infusing every cell of your being.
Now bring your awareness to the physical body,
Starting from your toes,
Gradually scan your body,
Noticing any areas of tension or discomfort.
Scanning upwards towards the knees and the thighs.
Now as you identify any sensations of tension or discomfort,
Just use the breath to melt away the tension,
Leaving you feeling lighter,
More relaxed and energized.
Scanning the body all the way up to the belly,
Letting go of tension,
Relaxing all the muscles in the chest,
Letting your shoulders be soft and relaxed and softening all the muscles in the face,
Feeling lighter and energized.
Now imagine the rising sun on the horizon,
Casting a beautiful warm golden light upon you.
You feel its gentle rays enveloping you,
Filling you with a sense of renewal and possibility.
Just as the sun rises each day,
You too have the opportunity to rise and shine.
Today is a blank canvas.
Today is the day to create the life that you desire.
Trust your inner wisdom to guide you towards your highest good.
As you bask in the sun's radiant glow,
Set a positive intention for your day.
What is it that you wish to accomplish or experience today?
Visualize your goals as if they have already been achieved.
You are capable of greatness.
You embrace the opportunities of this brand new day.
Now let's infuse this day with a positive vibration by bringing our awareness to gratitude.
Take a moment now to reflect on the blessings and opportunities that surround you.
Many of people's problems can be someone else's wish.
It is all about how you frame your current situation.
So what are you thankful for today?
Gratitude,
Maybe for the simple gift of another morning,
A fresh start and the potential for growth and success.
Now,
In your mind's eye,
See yourself rising up from your bed,
Ready to conquer this day.
You visualize yourself moving through your morning routine with ease and joy.
You see yourself making healthy choices,
Feeling motivated and radiating positivity in all that you do.
You are filled with boundless energy and enthusiasm.
You welcome challenges as opportunities for growth.
Your day is a blank canvas and you choose to paint it with positivity.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Maybe you'd like to bring your hands to your heart center in a gesture of commitment to yourself.
You thank yourself for taking this time to be mindful,
This time for yourself to start your day on a positive foot.

Let's take a deep breath in and slowly exhaling.
Let your positive energy infuse every cell of your being and when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes if they were closed,
