Hi and welcome to your past life regression meditation.

In this guided session,

We will journey to a past life.

This time is for you to connect deeply with your soul's history and gather any wisdom or any insights that are meant for you right now.

My name is Caroline and it's an honor to spend this time together.

Now as you go on this journey,

Remember that you are safe,

Guided and supported at every step.

You have chosen this meditation at this time in your life because there is something about that past life that you need to discover in order for you to move forward in your present life.

Past lives bring us lessons and memories that can truly help us in our present day.

So begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether that's seated or lying down,

Just tune in to what your body needs at this moment.

There is no right or wrong,

Just do what feels good for you right now.

Then take a moment to check in with yourself,

Notice any thoughts running through your mind or how your body feels right now.

You don't need to change anything,

Just become aware.

There is no particular way that you should feel right now.

Just allow yourself to be here,

In this moment,

Accepting everything as is.

Simply noticing whatever comes up for you.

Let go of any pressure you might be putting on yourself.

Each experience is as unique as we are.

If you'd like,

You can softly close your eyes,

Then take a deep breath in through the nose,

Saturating your lungs with oxygen,

And then slowly,

At your own pace,

Exhale,

Releasing any tension,

Then take a few more deep breaths at your own pace,

Allowing yourself to settle into the present moment.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Fully supporting your body and grounding you.

Notice how gravity is pulling you down,

Anchoring you,

Supporting you.

With each breath,

You feel more grounded,

Safe,

And connected.

Now let's dive a little deeper into relaxation.

Bring your awareness to your feet.

Imagine your feet softening,

Releasing tension,

Moving up to your calves,

Knees,

Thighs,

Relaxing each part of your body.

Feel your hips,

Stomach,

And chest relax completely.

Release any tightness in your shoulders,

Arms,

And hands,

Relaxing each individual finger.

Allow your neck and face to soften,

Relaxing the jaw,

Smoothing away any worry lines,

And finally,

Let your mind become calm,

Like a still and peaceful lake.

With every breath,

You drift deeper and deeper into relaxation,

Feeling safe,

Open,

And receptive.

Now in your mind's eye,

Imagine you are standing on a peaceful path,

Surrounded by nature.

The air feels calm,

And the colours around you are vibrant,

Inviting you to explore.

In the distance,

You see a beautiful doorway glowing softly.

This doorway is the entrance to your past memories and experiences.

Walk toward it,

Feeling a sense of calm anticipation with each step.

As you reach the door,

Notice its unique details,

Sensing that it holds the stories of your soul.

When you are ready,

Gently push it open and step through.

On the other side,

You see a beautiful staircase.

Slowly begin to walk down,

One step at a time.

With each step,

You feel yourself going deeper,

Leaving the present behind.

Ten,

Nine,

Eight,

Going further down.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Feeling lighter,

Four,

Three,

Almost there,

Two.

You have now arrived at the memory of a past life.

Look around you and take in your surroundings.

Notice what the world looks like here.

Are you indoors or outdoors?

What do you see?

Feel the air around you,

The textures.

Notice the sounds around you.

Allow yourself to simply observe without judgment.

Now take a moment to look down at yourself.

Notice what you are wearing,

How your body feels.

What do you look like and what is your role in this lifetime?

Do you notice any people or animals around you?

Allow yourself to observe any familiar or unfamiliar faces.

Notice any emotions or connections that you feel.

You are moving through this experience naturally.

You may begin to see different moments,

Events or relationships from this life.

Let them flow,

Taking in whatever insights come to you.

If there is something specific you wish to understand,

Gently ask for it and allow the answers to reveal themselves in their own time.

As you explore this life,

Pay attention to any wisdom or messages that may arise.

Is there something this past life is teaching you?

A lesson that applies to your present?

Allow yourself to absorb these insights,

Feeling gratitude for the guidance.

When you feel ready to leave this experience,

Offer a silent thank you to this past version of yourself,

Honouring what they have shown you.

Knowing that you can return here whenever you choose to explore deeper.

Now imagine yourself returning to the staircase,

Stepping up slowly,

Leaving this past memory behind,

Moving upward now,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

More awake,

Six,

Seven,

Almost there,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten,

You are back in the present,

Feeling the surface beneath you,

Feeling grounded and safe.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Feeling fully back in your body,

And aware of your surroundings.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Allowing your awareness to return completely.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Take a few moments to reflect on what you saw,

Felt,

Or understood.

If you'd like,

Keep a journal nearby,

To note any insights or impressions while they are fresh.

Thank you for taking this journey within.

May the insights and memories continue to guide and support you in your present life.
