Hi and welcome to day two of our three-day meditation series about celebration,
Consistency and patience.
A journey that I'm sure many of you have or will experience in your lifetime.
Today's session is all about the power of consistency.
It is a guided meditation where we will dive into the transformative power of your daily efforts and routines.
By committing to consistency,
You are nurturing the seeds of your future accomplishments.
So let's explore how the power of consistency can propel you towards your goals and dreams.
So go on,
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down,
Allowing your body to breathe naturally and easily.
If it feels good for you,
You can softly close your eyes or you can keep them open with a soft gaze down in front of you.
Allow all the muscles of the face to soften as you feel your body relaxing with each breath,
Sinking down into Mother Earth a little deeper every time you exhale.
Allow your entire body to become soft and see if you can resist the urge to wiggle or move and just embrace stillness for this moment.
Now bring your awareness to your breath.
As you inhale,
Imagine drawing in the energy of commitment and dedication.
As you exhale,
Release any doubts or distractions that may linger in your mind.
Breathing in,
Determination.
Breathing out,
Hesitation.
Breathing in,
Commitment.
Breathing out,
Distractions.
Breathing in,
Dedication.
Breathing out,
Any doubts.
Now I want you to bring to mind the routines and the habits that you have established in your life.
These daily rituals,
No matter how small,
They have a cumulative effect.
They're like drops of water that carve through stone,
Creating lasting change.
Acknowledge the significance of your consistent efforts,
One habit,
One day at a time.
Now think about your goals and dreams and see them as vibrant seeds planted within you,
Within the fertile soil of your heart.
With each day of consistency,
You water these seeds,
Providing them with a nourishment they need to flourish and grow.
Imagine your goals and dreams growing stronger and stronger with every committed step you take.
Every action bringing you closer to where you want to be.
Now consistency doesn't mean that we won't face challenges or setbacks.
These are part of the journey.
Embrace them as opportunities to grow and adapt.
Now visualize yourself navigating through challenges with resilience,
Knowing that your consistent efforts will eventually lead you to success.
Now take a moment to reflect on past achievements that resulted from a dedication and consistency.
Celebrate these successes as milestones along your journey and allow these positive emotions from these wins and accomplishments to fill your heart.
Now as you sit here,
Embracing the present moment,
Affirm to yourself,
I am committed to my goals and my consistency will lead me to success.
I embrace challenges as opportunities to grow and learn.
My daily efforts are powerful and they are creating lasting change in my life.
Now imagine your ultimate goal achieved.
I want you to picture it very vividly in your mind's eye,
As many details as you can imagine.
See it with all the colors,
Notice the feelings it brings about,
The smells,
The sights.
Now see yourself basking in this success that your consistency has brought to you.
Feel the pride and joy and fulfillment of reaching your dreams.
Really allow your body to soak up these positive feelings.
Now let us express gratitude for your ability to stay consistent,
Because gratitude amplifies the positive energy you have cultivated.
Feel thankful for the strength and determination that reside within you.
Now as we conclude this meditation,
Bring your awareness back to the breath.
Take a few deliberate inhales,
Knowing that the power of consistency is always accessible to you.
Gently wiggle your fingers.
When you are ready,
Open your eyes.
Remember that every consistent effort you make brings you closer to your dreams.
Stay committed,
Stay focused and keep doing what you're doing,
Because success will follow.
