Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale,

Above you,

There she is,

Standing in her fullness,

Bright,

Luminous and whole.

She has reached her peak,

Shining without hesitation,

Illuminating all that was once hidden.

This is a time of clarity,

Of culmination,

A moment to pause,

All that has unfolded,

All that has grown and all that is now ready to be released.

What has reached its completion in your life?

What burdens are you ready to set down?

The moon does not ask you to force anything,

Only to trust,

To let go as naturally as the tide returns to the sea.

With each breath,

Imagine what you no longer need solving,

Like mist in the moonlight,

Old fears,

Past doubts,

The weight of expectations,

Drifting away,

Becoming lighter with every exhale.

The moon reminds you that release is not loss,

It is a return,

A space created for something new.

Can you sit in her glow,

Feeling the lightness within you grow?

Are you really empty?

Are you lost?

Take one more deep breath in and sigh it out.

And when you are ready,

Gently open your eyes.

The moon will continue to guide you.

You are exactly where you need to be.
