Thank you for the ability to flick a switch at any moment in the day.

Is it a choice?
I think it's a choice.
It's okay.
I am okay.
I am grateful.
Bringing joy,
Love into our hearts.
I'm grateful for love.
For the ability to feel love.
I was walking yesterday.
My son was playing hockey.
And I was at the rink and there's kind of like this lap that you can do.
And I kept doing the lap over and over,
Getting my steps.
And I was walking.
With love in my heart,
Like amplifying it.
Feeling love.
Grateful to feel love.
Life.
Grateful for life.
Grateful?
For nature.
The sun.
The trees.
Running water.
Finding a special rock.
The fresh air.
And just now,
Summer is here.
Being outside.
Watching the flowers maybe a garden.
Grateful,
For material goods and services.

So my next question.
What are you grateful for today?
Our best friend,
Gratitude,
Is always there.
They're for us.
It's available.
To change our awareness,
Change our perspective.
To not let us,
It doesn't let us down.
And the more heavily we lean on it,
The more that it will enrich our lives.
So just a powerful reminder.
That gratitude can change everything.
When we're grateful.
We can bring.
Fun.
Enjoy.
Into the seemingly mundane.
What is something?
Mundane.
Perhaps boring?
Where you could shift it.
Into a more fun situation.
And just like I keep repeating that reel because it always comes to the top of my mind of how that guy checked into an Airbnb and it was supposed to be this oasis.
Where he could focus on his work and.
He opens up the blinds to all this noise and it was like 30 construction workers next door ruining his trip.
But he decided to flip it.
And he went and got them all smoothies and made it a fun experience.
He's like,
Well,
What would it look like if I made this fun?
And everything switched.
So.
.
.
It doesn't have to be meaningless.
Nothing in our day has to be meaningless.
We can give it meaning.
And gratitude can be.
Used as the trigger,
Like,
I'm grateful for this moment.
A lot of people.
Are waiting for something.
Good to happen.
So that we can feel grateful after.
But living with gratitude,
Embodying it,
Means that you're grateful First.
Thank you.
And what if.

What if something.

.
Seemingly negative,
Were to happen.
And it was bothering you.
And you just couldn't get it out of your head how.

Why?
How could they do that?
But you're like,
What if?
That is.
Actually.
Going to be a springboard into something even bigger.
Better.
And it's really none of my business what they're doing.
So what if they did it the way I thought they should do it?
That should be this way.
But then nothing ever changed,
But I kind of got the way I think it should go.
But then.
.
.
It's going that way and you can't change it.
But what if you flipped it?
I was like,
Maybe that's the way it's supposed to go.
Accept.
Surrender.
Allow.
Be grateful.
So when we are grateful,
When we're grateful first,
No matter what is going on around us,
No matter what cards we are playing,
Dealing with.
Our nervous system changes.
We can relax.
We can actually tap into.
The joy.
The happiness.
And we take a deep breath.
Gratitude can change our perception.
If I'm living with gratitude.
I can flip it.
It can change our energy.
And when we change our energy.
We can literally change our life.
How are you walking into a room?
How are you handling?
Each and every moment of your day.
The moments.
Where you're out and about,
Maybe you're at work,
You're handling life.
And maybe the moments when you're alone.
When You know,
Nobody can see what you're doing.
Nobody,
You're behind closed doors,
But what choices?
Are you making?
That are in alignment with your higher self.
So it's just the awareness.
In every moment.
That you can.
You can change,
You can break a habit,
You can make a new choice.
You can get out the door.
Get your steps in.
And it's up to us.
And who are we grateful for?
Who are you grateful for?
Having fun with it.
Standing in line at the grocery store?
Raise your vibes!
Talk to the person behind you.
You know what was so cool the other day?
I was just beside myself.
So I love to go through the drive-through.
And over the years,
I've bought coffee for the people behind me.
And you just tap again,
I'd like to buy.
You know,
Coffee for the person behind me,
Putting out the good vibes.
Was it yesterday or the day before?
I think Sunday.
I go up,
Go to pay for my coffee,
The person in front bought it for me.
I was like,
What?
This came around!
I was so happy!
It's not by fluke.
I live my life every day.
And I won't say.
In this state of bliss at all times,
Because no,
It's not.
But it's,
I live with awareness of where my energy is going.
Where I am placing my focus.
And if it's out of alignment,
Which,
Trust me,
Many moments of the day it is.
I get into fear.
Anxiety.
Overthinking.
Negativity.
Wanting something to be different.
But it's that constant awareness of,
I can change this,
I can flip it.
And once we come from that space.
Once we make the reframe.
Choose gratitude.
Get back into alignment.
That is where the magic happens.
That is where we can take.
Where we are.
And get to the next level.
Evolve Make our dreams come true.
Meet the right people.
Walk into the right room,
Have the right conversation.
Ends.
Truly feel the next level of fulfillment.
Purpose.
Peace.
So this is a good time.
To refresh,
Like get clear.
What do you want?
What?

What is next?
And it doesn't have to be some.

It can be.

Tugging at your heart for some time.
And then just keep the vibration high.
Gratitude is the baseline.
When you're grateful,
You can shift.
Into the higher vibration of love,
Joy.
Passion.
And then.

You walk.
Feeling.
As that next level version of yourself.
How do you want to feel?
We think we want what we want.
Because of the feeling.
That it will give us.

Can we feel it?

With a strong back.
And a soft sleep.

Breathe into any space.
Where you feel tension.
And as you breathe into that space,
See if it can soften.
Just a bit.
As you breathe into it.
And just allow yourself to be here.
In this moment.
You and allow a sense and feeling.
Of compassion.
Into your heart.
Maybe picture someone that you love effortlessly,
Naturally.
And feel them.
In your heart.
Sending them.
So much love.
Silently wishing them.
Happiness.
Wellness.
Peace.
See them again.
Sending them.

And continue to send that compassionate,
Loving feeling.
To your friends,

People in your city expanding.

And now tune back in to gratitude,

And imagine a goal or a future vision that you have.

The dial.

It's like remembering.
The future.
Picture it.
Like it's real.
Where are you?
What are you doing?
Who are you with?
And how.

And allow that.
