Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
It's time to put it all down and focus on you.
Focus on this journey into a peaceful and restorative night's sleep.
Your only goal is to allow to let go and simply be.
Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.
With every exhale,
You're releasing more weight of the day.
You have done enough for today and now it's time to rest.
And if any thoughts decide to come into your mind,
Watch them drift away like a cloud until they slowly evaporate out of your view.
There's nothing that you need to solve right now.
Nowhere you need to be.
This is your time to completely relax and restore and reset.
Take another deep breath in and exhale,
Allowing yourself to return to your breath anytime your mind starts to wander.
Your breath is your anchor.
Feel your body sink into your bed,
Feeling supported,
Feeling safe,
Feeling calm,
Letting stillness wash over you,
Letting everything else just fade away.
You deserve this moment of peace for all that you are and all that you do.
And with your next inhale,
Allow your heart space to ever so gently open and allow this feeling of peace just wash over you like a white,
Relaxing light flowing through your body and your heart filled with peace and good,
Calm energy within every cell,
Every cell of your body ready to relax,
Restore and reset.
Everything from the day is behind you now.
Watching any emails or meetings or decisions just float away like clouds in the sky.
We can revisit them tomorrow.
Right now,
Right here,
You and your sleep is all that matters.
Let go of any weight you're holding onto.
Let go of any thoughts.
Let go of anything you're holding onto.
You are safe here.
You are held.
And you are allowed to let go.
You are a leader.
You are admired.
You are a mother who carries so much love and responsibility and you handle it so well.
Your strength does not go unnoticed.
You give and give.
And you give to yourself.
You don't forget how much giving to yourself allows you to fill your cup.
It is good to rest.
It is good to be right here,
Right now.

And when you exhale,
Feeling even more relaxed and ready for a restorative night's sleep.
The earth is holding you.
You feel heavy as you sink into your bed,
But also light and so comfortable.
Allow your forehead to soften.
Your jaw is unclenched.
And you feel the tension melt away from your face.
Let your shoulders drop,
The weight of the day rolling off of them like water.
Soften your arms,
Your hands,
Your fingertips.
Let your breath move into your chest,
Expanding gently and releasing.
Relax your belly.
Let it be soft,
Unguarded and free.
Let your legs grow heavy and your feet sinking into the sheets.
Every part of you is now ready for sleep.
You are ready to surrender and let go.
Let yourself be carried.
Carried by this breath.
Carried by this moment.
Carried by something greater than you.
You are safe.
You are enough.
And even here,
In stillness,
As you drift off to sleep,
You are held.
You are loved.
You are whole.
And you are exactly where you need to be.
Allow yourself this time to completely let go.
Completely surrender.
And to completely let any thoughts that come up to float away.
And come right back to your heavy eyelids,
Your heavy body in your mattress,
Your light heart,
Your light soul,
Surrendered and ready for sleep.
Just simply rest.

A fuller heart and the energy to face the day and be the best you that you can be.
