Today's practice is on letting go.
Begin by taking a deep breath,
And as you exhale,
Imagine letting go by just 3%.
How does that feel?
Deep inhale again,
And as you exhale,
Let go just 5% more.
Check in,
How does that feel now?
Continue to focus on your breath,
Inhale,
And with each exhale,
Drop in a little more,
Let go a little bit more.
As you inhale,
Reflect on those things that you are willing to let go of,
And as you exhale,
See them slowly leaving your body.
Just let go.
Dwelling on the past keeps you stuck.
Forgiveness will expand your capacity for positive change.
It is our choice to break free from the chains of our past.
Resistance may emerge.
Resistance to forgive.
Resistance to feel at ease with past events.
This is where we can regain control by letting go.
What are you willing to let go of?
You deserve more.
You deserve to feel free from the past.
The moment you truly forgive and release painful old beliefs is the moment you own your power.
Just do your best to let go,
Even if it's just 10% today.
Trust,
And the rest will follow.
The more we can let go,
The more peace we find.
Situations and circumstances that caused us pain in the past no longer determine our future,
And the more peace we can find within ourselves.
You deserve peace.
Focus on your heart center.
Breathe into this space around your heart center.
With every inhale and exhale,
You feel the light getting bigger and bigger.
Notice a smile behind your eyes as you start to feel lighter.
Peace is filling the room.
You realize that peace begins with you.
Freedom comes from within.
You are your own healer.
Feel the peace within the room,
Which all started from the center of your heart.
Take your left hand and place it over your heart.
Peace is with you.
Take your right hand and place it over top of your left hand.
Forgiveness is with you.
It is safe to let go,
Feeling a sense of serenity and love.
Start to come back into the room,
And as you slowly open your eyes,
Look around and notice that all around you is a sense of peace,
And you feel lighter.
Place a light smile on your face,
And as you go about your day,
Anytime you are feeling stuck,
Place your hands over your heart and breathe into peace and forgiveness,
And allow yourself to let go.
